I love watching the birds at the feeders and seeing all the wonderful plants bloom. Jan, the hostess, is a steward of wildlife and plant propagation and the gardens are simply beautiful. Lots of little restaurants, wineries, and antique shops nearby.'

'We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The house was clean and so adorable. The bedroom sizes were perfect for every guest. The lake views were gorgeous. It’s a great location to the strip and to all the wineries. The host was so nice and they supplied everything needed for the trip. We only needed to bring our clothes and food. Everything is pretty close and we were able to enjoy dinner at Great Lakes Brewery, Brennan’s Fish House and had an awesome fun night at Pins in Ohio City. Weather was not too great during our visit but the backyard setup with bonfire and lighting made it easy to fall in love with this lovely property. They really enjoyed playing the board games and exploring the property. It was a short walk to the lake and the park. 'Our stay was perfect, our host Mary was so easy to communicate with and left us the best little Solar eclipse trove of Moon Pies and Sun Chips with a special boutique popcorn made for the solar eclipse event. The home was immaculately decorated in mid-century vibe, was extremely quiet, private and located close enough where we needed to be! Wonderful! 5 Stars across the board!'
