Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
La struttura non e malvagia per il prezzo pagato per tre giorni e due notti ci sta tutto, e compresa anche la prima colazione a buffet sia di dolce che salato chiaramente non vi aspettate il ricco buffet che trovate nei villaggi turistici nella struttura c' e anche una discreta piscina e già questo e di aiuto per chi vuole rimanere in loco per i collegamenti con Taormina e Giardini Naxos specialmente di notte dovete avere il mezzo proprio a disposizione

Not as Advertised!
The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. The young lady at reception called the owner and the next day they gave us a better room with everything working. She even moved our bags she was very nice. We asked for two extra pillows and were given them but when we moved rooms they were taken back. I called asking for the 2 pillows back at was told no problem. Hours later I called back when the pillows never came. I was told the hotel was closed and they would bring them tomorrow. I said I check out in the moring they said sorry we are closed. The mattress felt 100 years old with big dents and springs everywhere. I understand this is not a 5 star and its meant to be a quiet mountain location but at least give me what I paid for. I wont go back unfortunately, which is too bad because it has great potential.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in reizvoller Umgebung abseits des Trubels. Äußerst freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Insgesamt hat es unsere ( 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind) Erwartungen übertroffen.

Hotel meraviglioso, situato in una delle aree più belle della Sicilia (vicino alle gole dell'Alcantara). Adatto per chi ama la tranquillità in quanto è immerso nel verde e lontano dal frastuono cittadino, dista peró solo 10 km da Giardini Naxos, quindi dal mare e dai paesi più affollati. Il personale è cortese,le camere spaziose e pulite. Insomma, valutazione positiva in tutto!
