Beautiful riverfront evening
We had a quick trip (one night) and we were thoroughly surprised by the magic of this Grants Pass haven! Teresa is a lovely host , one of those people you could hang with for hours. She has created a community where all the guests mingle- just enough! The property is peaceful and serene and the quaint cottage has everything needed. I can’t think of one negative thing to say . Thank you Teresa for an unexpected retreat!

Comfortable and quiet
My husband and I stayed with our 10 week old for two nights. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is exactly as advertised. Teresa is a super sweet host who gave us a tour of the property when we arrived and made us feel so welcomed. We weren’t able to spend much time at the property due to the reason for our visit but we would love to stay there again and enjoy the river and pool!

Comfy cottage along the Rogue River
The owner, Teresa was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the property, our cozy cottage and all the amenities. The cottage is a perfect size for a couple or 3 people as there is a single Murphy bed. It is decorated with wonderful vintage furniture and accessories. The location is very quiet but still a short drive to the historic downtown and parks. Teresa had the cottage equipped with everything you would need as well as a welcome local wine, muffins for breakfast with a wide variety of coffee pod cup choices. Our dog and I took a refreshing swim in her beautiful pool and relaxed on the comfortable pool lounges overlooking the river! It was a very relaxing visit and we hope to return.

Absolutely great experience , property and most gracious host.
The VRBO site did not provide a complete address or a way to contact the host. Only a 4 digit house number so GPS did not work. Three large dogs on the property all very loving and affectionate. Heated pool a huge delight. Beautiful yards with flowers and trees well kept. The host could not have been better, very fun and informative.

Such a wonderful place!
We really enjoyed our stay at Teresa's cottage! It was clean and well stocked with anything we could need. The decorations were unique and interesting, all the extra amenities were thoughtful (candy, muffins, coffee pods, books, puzzles, etc) and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a dip in Teresa's very clean pool and our pleasant visit with her about the Grants Pass area and her gardening interests. Teresa was extremely communicative and responded quickly to all my messages, and she was very accommodating when some of our travel plans changed and we needed a bit of an earlier check in. We will definitely stay at her cottage when we are in the area again. Thanks Teresa!

Lovely little cottage
The Cottage is very nice and decorated very nicely with antique furniture. There is access to the Rogue River to the side of the main house. There are also lovely gardens. Teresa is a great host.

Wow!
Such a beautiful property right on the river. The pool was great for the kids, everything was very clean, & Teresa was very kind and inviting. Even though the cabin was on the smaller end, our family of 4 was very comfortable. Teresa installed a brand new murphy bed for one child and allowed us to use a great double high air matress for the other. It was perfect and we're definitely going back as soon as we can.

Quiet, pleasant setting
This cottage was just right for me and my small maltese dog. We wanted somewhere quiet, scenic and close to in-town events for a family wedding. The setting is right on a lovely portion of the river in a quiet, secure neighborhood. The small cottage was clean, had a nice setting for simple cooking, and well-equipped bathroom and closet areas. Very pleasant; I will book with this hostess again.

WOW Lovely !! Roomy, updated hardwood floors, large bathroom with fluffy bath towels, large sinks, many large mirrors. Plenty of closet space. FOUR POSTER BED {double bed}! Fabulous place!
If I could rate this ten stars, I would. Teresa was helpful as could be--especially considering how VRBO screwed up the reservations (for me and others, incidentally). VRBO might want to get their act together. Anyway, Teresa was a champ at straightening things out and treating us great. Since we were just passing through for the night we didn't get a chance to fully enjoy everything, but the accommodations and location were wonderful. Very comfortable, quiet, right on the river--and the dogs were the best.

Perfect Stopover
The river area is a very nice spot to hangout and watch the ducks float by. Cabin is cute with everything you need. Bed is super comfortable. Teresa's house is right there should you need help. Very dog friendly, which is wonderful! Dogs can be off leash since it is fenced in.

My husband especially liked the wooden toys that reminded him of his childhood. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and orderly. My dogs liked being off their leash with the fenced yard, and we felt very secure in this location.

Like coming home
What a beautiful area right on the edge of the Rogue River and close to town. The cabin has lots of natural light and is decorated so cute. It is set up with “everything” you need. So many nice touches also, like muffins, candy and a bottle of wine and the bed is marvelous! Terrisa was a perfect host, extremely accommodating and by the time I left I felt like I’d known her forever. The large saltwater pool was available anytime and the area is fenced in so my dogs were able to run loose. The whole stay was very relaxing and I really didn’t want to leave. So I’ve made plans to be back in November. Thank you Teresa for making my stay perfect.

Framily weekend getaway
We had lots of fun in the sun with friends at Dunmovin'. The property is a little piece of paradise with beautiful grounds, riverfront, pool and vegetable/fruit garden. The blackberries and tomatoes were yummy! It was the perfect fenced property for our Boston Terrier, who enjoyed having the whole yard to herself to explore and chase squirrels. Our unit was clean, comfortable and uniquely decorated. Teresa was hospitable and responded quickly to requests. We're so glad to find this place and will definitely be visiting again, hopefully sooner than later. Thanks, Teresa, for a fun and relaxing weekend!

Heaven on earth.
This place is clean, inviting, quiet and feels like home. The property is absolutely beautiful. The river view of the geese flying by the ducks and the quiet rafts drifting down the river are so much fun. Floating in the pool was so relaxing, but to do that while having that view of the river is fantastic. Theresa was such a joy to get to know, we feel like we made a life long friend. Cesar and Xzena are such cool dogs, they were so happy we came just to see them. Lol. We wanted to bring them home with us. Ahhhhhhhh....
Beautiful lawn on the edge of The Rogue River. Watched ducks, geece, kayak and rafters glide by , so peaceful. Warm swimming pool also views the river. Tidy little cabin with welcome wine and chocolate, comfortable bed and ROKU TV, Owner was welcoming and friendly . Lots of fences and cross fences to accomodate our Husky. 🐶 We would stay here again.🙄

Good experience
It has been a good experience for us both. We appreciated a cottage, a swimming pool, a double bike that we rode every morning and Teresa’s hospitality. Grants Pass has a lot to offer to people who like outdoors. I would have appreciated to know in advance that there is another rental on the property and that we would share a swimming pool and patio with other guests, some of whom came from a highly infected by COVID-19 Los Angeles. That was my own concern. The rest was very enjoyable, and Teresa is a nice and attentive host.
