'We enjoyed our stay at The Craftsman. The amenities were exactly as advertised. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable, fenced yard was perfect for our dog, large dining room table provided plenty of room for a puzzle and we enjoyed the perfect location close to ETSU, Milligan University and any necessary shopping. 'The location of this house is excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and getting to it is easy. The covered outdoor lounge area was a nice place to relax and also offered a place to park our motorcycles to keep them out of the weather. There are a few concerns that were listed by another visitor back in February that were not taken care of by the time of our stay. Namely, the master bed needs more supports, there were very few hangers in the closets, the propane tank for the outdoor fire pit was...

'We really enjoyed the Red Door Cottage. It was a quick 3 night stay, but the house was very clean, cutely decorated, and comfortable. Our host was a little slow in getting us check in instructions. But I was able to contact the VRBO help center and the host called right away. I was given incorrect WiFi password information, but that was no big deal. We hope to stay there again on return trips to Kingsport. I can recommend this property to family and friends who might travel there!'

'From the sounds of the Watauga river rushing by to the darling baby geese and family we got to watch every day, this hidden gem was everything we hoped it would be and more. The host was very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze! Everything was so clean and stocked with coffees, creamers, and sweet welcome gifts (loved the energy waters)! We will definitely be making plans to return!'
