When we check the end, the person behind the desk was pleasant. Offered us bottles of water and was very helpful in getting us. Checked in . We woke up the next morning went to our conference. And when we returned everything in our room was gone period. The front desk staff failed to see we had booked 2 days. We went downstairs to find out what had happened and they realized the mistake. All about belongings have been gathered up and put in the corner of an office. The original room that we checked into was spacious and welcoming while the room that they put us into was much much much smaller and less appealing. Upon leaving. We checked out and the lady who was behind the desk had been the one that made the mistake. She apologized. And we Headed to our next appointment.

Good overall…
The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean facilities, pool was nice too. Unfortunately, a mistake was made somewhere along the line, and a second family was booked into our room. This was discovered when they opened the door to our room. I wasn’t too upset, mistakes happen. However, the next morning a cleaner opened our door without knocking. We had been using the double lock, but one of us had just stepped out to grab something from the car. The cleaner apologized profusely and explained the error, but still, it left one feeling a bit worried. We were about 30 minutes from checking out, so no point complaining.

I was very pleased with the room and overall cleanliness and interaction with the staff. I was not very happy with the breakfast. food was not stocked in a timely manner. the only fruit available was some overripe bananas and the eggs, potatoes and sausage was never refilled the whole time I was there. The server kept saying they would be out in a few minutes. I had to settle for a waffle.
