Charming, nice day staff. Rooms good, but facility needs some maintenance, and had many problems room keys. Breakfast areas were not kept tidy, one day they had no plates for us.Pool was not open for use, and area had signs and debrit littered throughout

They do not offer housekeeping. If you want clean towels or any other items needed, you have to go to the front desk and ask for them. There was never enough how breakfast for the guests, no juice, and no bottled water on site for purchase. Staff was cordial, but not friendly when inquiring for help. Keys for rooms always stopped working and had to have them reset everyday. Not I place I plan on spending time in again.

Pros- staff was nice, good location, cheap, bed and sheets were clean, super hot showers, tv worked good Cons- room itself was dusty and had a musky smell, hallways smelt musky from the carpets, bathroom ceiling leaked yellow water after showers because of no ventilation, air conditioning wasn’t good room got super stuffy, low ceilings not great for taller people, elevator was slow and concerning

The room was clean and bathroom were clean. The outside garden was pretty but needing some clean up. Considering the season, it is understandable. The gym was out of order. I wish that was more clear during the booking. The hotel smelled dingy, musty, and old but not really bad. I did hear that it is just got put under new management. So, I'm sure that all these issues with be addressed promptly. Again, though, it was clean and the staff were very nice.

We were told we would have maid service twice and never got our room cleaned. We also had to go downstairs to get clean towels because no one was available to bring them to is. Breakfast was horrible.

The property was clean and staff were friendly. It was only for one night as we came to see a concert. Staff recommended we take Uber or Lyft rather then drive and pay to park then told us to go eat after and call for ride back from there. Caught a Lyft to the stadium which was only 6 mins away and under $12.00 when we left the stadium we walked down to eat and called for a Lyft from there. Which ended up being about $45.00 cheaper that way because prices jumped after the concert.

Mini fridge was left ajar by previous guests and wasnt attended to when cleaned, therefore wasnt functional for a while. Attempted to call front desk, but phone in the room didnt work. Called front desk from mobile phone who were apologetic and offered another room to which we politely declined, as we only really needed a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was pretty good and had plenty to choose from in the morning. Great value for a quick stay! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Doors/walls arent very soundproof, as we could hear conversations in the hallway as other guests walked by. Air conditioner gets COLD, overall fantasic location to stay on a budget.

This was weathered although relatively clean. The wi-fi connectivity was very poor. The TV didn't work and something was wrong with the coffee maker. I had to change rooms 3 times to find a room to my liking.

The access doors other than the front door were not working during the entire stay which was a little inconvenience. The equipment in the exercise room were not working.
