The room reserved was on 2nd floor. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator smelled like marijuana of which i am very allergic to both. Lady changed roons to first floor. It was ok but needed some maintenance. Sheet had what looked like a poop stain. Tv didn’t have Halmark. I had no toilet paper which i asked for and received. Could have been cleaner. People were nice though

Small town feel and friendly staff. Housekeeping didn't clean room 1/3 days and I understand their laundry person quit that day...but staff did everything to try to make it right. Front desk welcomed me each day.

Room was filthy. Had pills and pill packages on the floor in room. One mattress was completely split open and you could see the box frame. There was an earring hanging from the ceiling. The pool door is broken. The hot tub is broken. The shelves in our bathroom had broken toilet parts on top of it. The picture had fell off of the wall. Spoke spoke an employee about issues and the dirtiness in the rooms and he told me all he could do is leave the manager a note. Finally, he gave us a new room after we went back up there again. New room was just as dirty. There was also a piece of dried up fruit in my floor. They workers were not very helpful. There is a toilet in the woods behind the hotel. Hotel appears to be unsafe. Very disappointed. Will never come back. Also, our smoke detectors in our rooms were chirping when we entered. Noted to have no batteries in which is a fire safety violation. Also, the toilet seat was loose and the shower knob was loose. Apparently apparently they don’t have maintenance or housekeeping or any customer service at this building.

Staff is very sweet. The rooms are nasty though. Stains on the drapes, the carpet is rank, and we had to clean it ourselves. Also there was one coffee pod for two adults, limited wash cloths, and again in deep need of cleaning. Super disappointed

We stayed here during NASCAR race weekend for one night and the stay wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid for the room. Our room smelled like smoke and the towels, comforter, and curtains were all stained. The breakfast and coffee were good and all the staff we interacted with were very nice. I understand up-charging for events but didn’t like feeling like we weren’t getting the quality we paid for.

Door wouldn’t lock they did offer us another room but I was in pain and didn’t want to move. In middle of night heat stop working. Glad it didn’t get too cold in room. We didn’t report it, we were just too tired and wanted to sleep.

When we walked in the front lobby smelled like weed as well as walking down the halls. There was sticky areas in our floor and the room chair was falling apart. Tub was severely stained and there was debris and stains on the comforters. Some parts of the comforters were ripped. Breakfast was cold.

I would not stay in this hotel again. The room was not clean, with nasty streaks that looked like dirty mop water on the toilet along with dried something smeared all over it (shaving cream?). There were pieces of a wrapper and a cardboard box on the bathroom floor, I don’t think it had been mopped. There were visible handprints on the wall and makeup smears on the mirror in the room. The beds weren’t comfortable either. There was a thermostat on the wall hooked up to nothing & backed by a hole. The AC & fan were adequate for the temperature. One feature I did appreciate at the hotel was the blackout curtain which helped the room be nice and dark for sleeping. The towels appeared to be clean as well. There was a member of staff who was helpful.

Not happy
I booked the room for a tenant who had a flood. Tenant found other source of lodging, so this stay was never completed. I reached out to the hotel (SAME DAY AND 10 minutes after booking) to try and cancel and have heard nothing. I even paid for the insurance so I could cancel.

There was a dusty compter charger left on the table in our room. How did housekeeping miss that??? Staff were rude and non existent, even the front desk. I had to search for someone at check in and out.

Never Go by a name!
I've stayed in many times around the US and never found one in such need of update its dingy, they need upgrade or name or star change. Nice friendly staff but cleanliness is important to me. And many uogrades needed the roaches broke door no telephone. No help when look for it.

The property smelled odd, toilet would only flush after several tries, carpets were heavily stained. There was a broken light fixture in the rolm, and the bathtub needs to be caulked badly. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING in the surrounding rooms.the staff was nice, but housekeeping was awful. Trash was taken out of the bathroom trash can and simply left on the counter. Absolutely will not use again.

It was just dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. We had our first room changed because there was hair in tub and sheets were dirty. When we got to second room I couldn't even grip the handle to the door. It was covered with something well just nasty. The carpet in the room was worse than the first one. The room was dirty, we found pins in the bed and change on the floor… the carpet was stained and felt dirty to walk on. There was visible dirt in the bathroom and every baseboard was covered in dirty dust the bathroom was clean but looked less like the pictures and more like a poor construction job half done. The elevator had Brocken railing and cigaret burns on the walls and though the place had smoke free signs everywhere our room smelled like smoke.

The room has a broken lounge chair. Sheets smelled of drool. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Carpet has several stains. The whole rooms needs a thorough deep clean.

Won’t go back
The room was in disarray when I arrived, I didn’t say or do anything because it was already 1:30am and I was tired. I had bugs in my bathroom and the closet door fell off into me when I tried to open it to hang my shirt. The lobby personnel were very nice and apologetic, but I will not stay at this property again.

Dirty and had a weird smell also was told the pool closes at 11pm and that was the reason we booked a night there and they made me and my family get out at 8pm and just had got in at 730
