The room you had for the first night was our biggest room with a huge terace facing the Wetterhorn. It is normal, that you do not see the full mountain from the middle of the room as we are so close to the mountain. The second room, we offered you to change in had the same few from the middle of the room it is facing the Eiger, which you can see only if you are standing in front of the window...;-)By the way, the fact that I offered you the room change has nothing at all to do with the fact that you contacted Expedia. I told the customer service representative exactly what I told you. "You have been given exactly the room you booked. We are fully booked and unfortunately we cannot offer you another room today."In any case, we would be very happy if we could perhaps welcome you back again. Constructive criticism lets us get better and we have written down your criticised points. Some we will not implement for sustainability reasons, such as air conditioning, a refrigerator in the rooms. Here, if you need to keep something cool, you can leave your food with us at reception free of charge. Or you can ask for a minibar, which we rent out for CHF 25.00 per stay. You also write that the breakfast is not good. We would be very grateful if you could let us know what you found lacking so that we can improve for our Korean guests as well. Dear Kishan Thank you for your review. Which we are a bit surprised about, as you told us that everything was fine. Nevertheless, we are very grateful to you, because with such information we can improve our services. Since we pay a lot of attention to sustainability, we don't make big fruit platters where we end up throwing half away. Instead, we have apples, oranges, bananas and a fresh fruit salad (not canned).
