'We came down with myself, my husband, my mother and our 4 children to spend the week with our family down here and explore Boston. The house was beautiful and clean. conveniently it has the washer and drier which helped with our big family and washing our laundry!! kitchen and living spaces were wonderful as well. Location was great for anything we needed! restaurants, mall, target, grocery stores and not too far from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet and cute as is the town! Owner was helpful...

'The house was beautiful and beat out all of our expectations. It's clear the host took attention to detail and had everything a guest could need, bandaids, makeup remover, and great quality shampoo and conditioner. She had even left us some snacks, and always went above and beyond and checked in on us. We visited her farm and had so much fun, we really recommend it. Theresa's kindness shone through in all of our interactions and we could not have asked for a better host! It was a perfect place...

'We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham.'

'I booked this property for my group leaders while they attended the Northeast regional conference. The ladies thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would be happy to stay there again. It is easy to locate off of Rt 3 and convenient to Main Street and downtown Nashua. AND within walking distance to Haywards Ice Cream!'

'It was a wonderful experience to explore the area in connection with a school event. The place was great and the cleanliness was nice. All the needs you want for a quick stay are available. I am just so surprised by the smell of the house that I have to buy a scented candle and air spray just to meet what is conducive to what I am used to like hotels and other rented places. But overall it was a good experience. '

"Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and there's rust on much of the metal surface areas. But that's to be expected. Overall a good stay. "
