Prima hotel voor overnachting
Een prima plek voor een overnachting voor een goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer schone kamer. Kamer wel met buitendeur entree maar voor ons totaal geen probleem.

Maid service left much to be desired. Got to room and found no shampoo or conditioner but plenty of soap. Used coffee packet still in coffee maker. When maid did room one day only replaced towels and made bed, did not empty trash cans. Next day replace towels, emptied trash cans but didn't make bed.

The front desk told us there are no extra pillows and the king bed only had three small pillows. Not even average size. The people upstairs we could hear everything so the floors are thin.

Front desk person was very nice and patient as my very hyper son was all over the place. She even engaged with him to help keep him distracted while we finished paperwork. Room was clean and everything was in place. Breakfast was simple but good: biscuits, gravy, sausage, bagels, cereals, eggs, fruit, juice, milk, coffee.

Easy to get to and friendly staff. Close to places to grab a bite to eat. Great overnight stay.

Better couches
Overall, the stay was really good and for the most part comfortable. Only a couple grips about the room...the couch was super uncomfortable. The back cushions didn't have any give as well as the arm rests. Also, there were no USB ports for multiple devices. Other than these, I'll give it a 9.3.

Don't make the same mistake I did
We chose this hotel due to the ratings here and a previous nice experience at a different Best Western. I did not realize they are franchised and this hotel was run down and completely unsatisfactory. There was a hair in the bed when we went to lay down the first night. The tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom was very cheap and thin. We were there for the holidays and were told that there would be no housekeeping or complimentary breakfast for two days of this our stay. We made a reservation over the phone for a rollaway bed and it was not mentioned that it would be an extra fee until we showed up for check in. The "gym" is a few dumbbells and a treadmill that was out of order. We sincerely regretted staying here and felt completely misled by the rating this hotel received here.

The TV never worked even after I asked for someone to look into it after my first night. When I came back that evening, a new remote was in the room but it didn't work either. Luckily I was only in my room a few hours other y sleep

Overall, the property was nice. Breakfast was decent. We did have a few issues with cleanliness though. The floors were sticky when we got there, and the bathtub did not look clean the water in the tub did not drain well and the toilet seat was ready to fall off. These were quickly rectified though. A problem that was ongoing, for whatever reason, they did not want to give us toilet paper. Every day I had to go ask for a roll at the front desk.

The room was fine. Bed and shower were fine. Had a fridge. The room was showing some age. Breakfast provided. How do you screw up scrambled eggs that probably came from a can? Sausage patties were like little leather disks. Kitchen staff morning one sat on her ass most of the time. Day two kitchen staff sneezed on the sausage links while filling the chafing dish. They sign me to a regular room when I ask for a hand capped room they offer a room somewhere in downtown Augusta and my family live Grovetown ga. They stated that my account will refunded.

The 1stbroom that I assigned had not been cleaned after the last guest. The desk clerk seemed genuinely shocked and embarrassed. The 2nd room had been cleaned but there was a decent amount of deferred maintenance overall. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. It appeared that border tile had been removed from the bottom of the bathroom wall, but it had not been cleaned and painted. And the toilet sear was crooked, like it was off by about an inch.
