Makkelijk hotel om in te overnachten
Alles wat je van een Holiday Inn mag verwachten. Schoon en prima faciliteiten. Eén nachtlampje was stuk, helaas. Maar voor de rest helemaal prima. Wij hebben enkel overnacht en kan dus geen mening geven over ontbijt of andere zaken.

matig hotel met matige service
matig. bij aankomst bleek tot drie keer toe mijn sleutel van de kamer niet te werken. dus iedere terug naar receptie er voor. werd uiteindelijk gecompenseerd met een drankje. Bij t ontbijt, beide dagen, ging t ook weer mis. Ik werd netjes naar een tafel gebracht. na t halen van t ontbijt was iedere keer mijn tafel alweer bezet!!!

Groot, mooi ingericht hotel met goede voorzieningen, prima zwembad met sauna + steam room. Onze kinderen heb van het bezoek genoten... en wij uiteraard ook!

Prima hotel, ook voor een wat langer verblijf. Ontbijt goed en uitgebreid. Een negatief puntje: de kamer wordt pas laat in de middag schoongemaakt, zo rond 15.30 uur Als je eerder terug bent van je uitstapjes moet je je kamer weer uit als het kamermeisje komt.

Such a lovely approach to Holiday Inn Guildford BUT greeted by parking app options, whch was a bit daunting... Having spent some time trying to access complete, we decided to go into hotel to ask... Here we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who showed me to a parking machine near the hotel entrance, so easy!! This was not an option in the actual carpark!!? Why? Our stay was very pleasant otherwise... very helpful staff 🙂 Comfortable room, huge tv! Only complaint.... Cheap loo rolls... 😜 Breakfast was very good! So much choice! 👍 Wud go again... 😊

A wonderful hotel and environment. The only downside was having to pay for parking. As a guest of the hotel that should have been free. Everything else was perfect.

Holiday inn guildford
Lovely clean big room ,cleaners emptied bins ,replaced refreshments ,towels etc ,good service ,would be nice to have plugs next to bed ,also passed onto reception that the guttering outside was over flowing during the rain and this was very noisey ( room 135 ,guildford) was quiet apart from that ,pool and jacuzzi very nice ,clean showers and changing rooms ,was a bit confused why all loungers around pool had reserved signs on them ? Surely whoever is in the pool should be able to use them ,all staff very friendly and helpful

All twin rooms are down in the basement. The corridor stank of weed which I reported to Reception. The breakfast is very good.

bar and lobby area are modern and really lovely for relaxing in. Rooms are comfortable and good size. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and pleased with both. Health club a special star. Really enjoyed it. Stayed with two kids and got goody bags. Would love to stay again.

Lovely large room, great bed but room was to hot for sleeping & could not turn down air conditioning low enough even with window open. Bathroom not very clean & shower head not adjustable which is no good when you don't want to get your hair wet

The hotel had a nice flow to it. Nice interior. Reasonable rooms with big bed. Breakfast was really gorgeous, well cooked. Bar area spacious and plenty of seating and tables to work on. It was conveniently placed for our group who were there to attend an event at a nearby Technology Centre. Would definitely stay again.
