'There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. 'This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8.'

'Overall enjoyed everything, it was a much needed break for us. One thing to let you know about is that the holiday park said they do not supply towels. We did not bring any towels with us as it said in the Hotel.com documentation that towels and bedding were included. The staff at Tencreek were not particularly happy, however they did supply the towels FOC and said they would contact Hotels.com '

'I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) '

'We spend a lovely week in this house by the sea. Everything was clean and the house provided enough space for our family of 5. The house was well equiped and provided everything we needed, including bodyboard + wetsuits. Even though the weather could have been better, we enjoyed the spacy terras with the wonderfull view. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seahorses! The steps leading up to the property definitely kept us fit, however we knew about this before booking and the owner kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to help us recover, which was a lovely little touch! The property was immaculate and modern, and the balcony and views looking out over the sea were absolutely amazing! James was very good at communicating before our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.... A wonderful...

'On the last day when electricity power off we were unable to do anything. We all were in deep thinking. When I was searching everywhere how to switch on the power found that electricity power will be on if we insert a £1 Coin. That made me surprised which I never see. However the holiday house was very nice and the area too.'

'We had a great time in Cornwall, the appartement has everything you need and suited us just perfectly. The view from the outside patio is stunning, the beach just 2min away and has a nice little bar to enjoy a sandwich, coffee or pint. Looe is just a short 20-25 min walk (up- and downhill) away, with shops, cafés and boat trips around the coastline etc. Keith and his wife explained everything very well, gave some great tips of what to do and were generally very nice people. 'Mooi en schoon appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. De badkamer is schoon en heeft alles maar douchen is niet prettig omdat je dan op je knieën in bad moet zitten. Ook wil de kraan niet overschakelen van bad naar douche waardoor er echt maar een mager straaltje uitkomt. Dit gemeld maar werd helaas niet verholpen.'

"Boeking was niet doorgekomen, dus konden de kamer niet op. Werdt een “alternatief “ aangeboden. Een vies aftans motel/hostel. Schimmel in de kamers, een sigarettenlucht (dus hoofdpijn in de ochtend) een deur die niet op slot kan een douche die slecht werkt en bedden zo hard als steen. Maargoed toch gebleven we waren al meer dan 18 uur onderweg met kind, die wou ook rusten. In de ochtend moesten we terug rijden naar chinafleet om te ontbijten en wachten totdat er een kamer vrij kwam. Uiteindelijk een kamer gekregen welke ontzettend naar de kerrie rook, volgende ochtend gemeld, weer een andere kamer gekregen. Deze was wel goed, personeel was uitermate vriendelijk daar valt niks op aan te merken. Alleen de manager moet wel een passend alternatief aanbieden en niet zoiets als dit."
