'It was a nice facility. The decor could be changed up somewhat, though it was charming. Having bathrooms in the hallway was awkward, but one gets used to it. THe breakfast was excellent.'

'The hospitality of this charming bed and breakfast is outstanding. The rural setting in the rolling hills outside of Hagerstown is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast with homemade yoghurt, fresh fruit and eggs from the chickens was delicious it served to our room giving us the opportunity for dining in private or if we wished having it in several main floor dining options or even on the outside porch. We highly recommend it.'

'Beautiful property, beautiful farm and great old House. Farm store right next by was great also. However, no TV in our room and the TV downstairs wasn’t working, also no WiFi at all. I understand getting away from it all in the beautiful country, but to have no internet was disappointing. The breakfast was made and left in fridge before we arrived. It was a tasty plate of cold cuts, fruit , cheeses. A nice hot breakfast featuring eggs and meats from their farm would have been a lot more fun. ...

'The term "hotel" is a little misleading as it is more like an inn where there is no hotel staff onsite. An innkeeper greeted us to check us in and give us a tour of the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also visited the onsite restaurant, which was lovely. The food was excellent! Unfortunately, there were no real options for breakfast in town and no shopping or entertainment. If you stay here, be prepared for a quiet night in.'

'Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. '

'Location is remote, but it is located on the Little Marsh. We enjoyed meeting the owners and receiving the instructions for the house. Net time we’ll take advantage of the river and catch some fish.'

'My husband, myself, and our 11 and 14 year old boys stayed at the cabin for Easter and it was PERFECT. We have made Easter small cabin getaways a tradition for many years, but our usual rental has been unavailable. I wasn't sure what to expect with 4 people and a small dog in such a small space for 2 days, but we had the best time! The boys opened their Easter baskets on the porch and I hid the Easter eggs all around the outside of the cabin. I loved that we could detox from phones/TV and the...
