'Bedrooms were crowded but beds were good. Enough area in the house for our group. Kitchen area was very acceptable. Pool was nice and clean but rain flooded the pool and deck area. Enough bathrooms for the group. Nice sitting area around the pool'

'Beautiful interior renovations but more remains to be done. Very large backyard where you can stay and eat. The beds are comfortable. House not far from the beach. Negative point: very busy street.'

'just to say that we all had the best time at palm estate. Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason'
