'We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!'

'It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.'

'Our boys fished the entire day and night away catching and releasing! There was plenty of outddoor space for a family get together. We had great host that answered any question we had. The house is exactlly as shown in pictures. The "cozy sleeping area" is just as much a bedroom as the others. We visit p.a often as i have family there! We have found our new everytime stay! With this home!'

'We simply loved our stay at this back country home. Our children loved the arcade and the pond. We had a scenic 20 minute drive to Elk Mt. Ski Resort. The check in was super smooth and the house sparkling clean. We cant wait to come again on our next ski trip to Elk!!!'

'Great place to stay. Cannot get any closer to Elk Mountain. Fireplace kept us warm. Beautiful home inside and out. The host left so many condiments (bottle of wine, etc.). Only downside was the strange showers & was very muddy due to the weather, not the hosts' fault of course. Dennis H'

'This cabin was just what we were looking for! Beautiful views, lots and LOTS of space to run around, easy access to trails and so peaceful. We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!'

'This was our 3rd trip here, and even with some rainy days, as usual, it did not disappoint! Love the nostalgic rustic feel of the inside, and the seclusion of being so close to the beauty of the lake. The fireplace was a welcomed addition to any rainy evening.
