It was conveniently located not too far from the casino at a reasonable price. The gentlemen's club next door did not cause any problems. However, we were told it was against policy to give us an extra towel and there was a used condom found in our bed.

I like that the manager who checked me in and her boss were very considerate to give me a room that was suitable for me since I had to study through the night. The break was good, morning manager who checked me out was nice as well. I forgot my lab top in the room and she called me right away. The room was cleaned, and the bed was comfortable.

We checked in a little after 3pm and the lady that checked us in was so friendly and nice. Their breakfast is very good. From now on this will be the hotel my family stays at when we come into town.

The lady at the front desk said she canceled the reservation because she thought it was fraud. An argument ensued and police were called. We never stayed at the hotel. Customer service was terrible.

Water shot out of bathroom vent (likly sewage) from an overflowing toilet upstairs. Hotel at 2am in the morning did not come check it out when I reported. Then in the morning 6 hours later looked at it after I CHECKED OUT AND DID NOT BELIEVE ME. Only offered partial refund of around $35. Very poor General manager started yelling at me when I said the County Board of Health needs to look into it. SAD! I will note two days while there were fine - the last day Horrible real nightmare !
