None of the icemakers worked. I had to walk 50 yards to the Bistro to get ice. The door to my bathroom would not close. The door would not fit inside the sash.

The concierge at check-in was friendly and helpful. However, at checkout, we waited 12 minutes to checkout while the concierge helped another hotel staff serve coffee to 2 guests while there were 5 guests on line to be checked out. Also, there were 2 towels in our room for 4 guests. When my cousin asked for extra towels, she was told there were none. She was given hand towels instead. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, which also has large red stains. We didnt know if it was blood or dye. Either way, the cushions should've been removed and cleaned before other guests used the room.

My visit occurred before Christmas. I fell in line be with the location as well as the facility. I love the staff who were more than helpful and hospitable. I definitely will return during the spring and summer month.

Overall a nice room
The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The only problem I had was the shower curtain was very nasty and dirty and I had to clean the sink before I use it but other than that the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed a few hours because I had to be with my daughter for surgery at five.

Overall, my stay was enough for me to be comfortable but it had a weird smell inside the rooms and the hallways. Workers walk around spraying air freshener due to weird smell, floors in the room could have been a little more cleaner and have everything in the room that is needed. For example: there were no trash bags in the trash cans , not enough wash clothes and towels. The staff at the front desk were rude and not friendly but the lobby is a nice setting. A few minor fixes and this hotel would be fantastic

Won't be going back
After getting out of the shower, I walked to the bed to get dressed, and my feet were black. Gross floors! My coworker had a mouse in his room. There seems to be an odd smell everywhere that is trying to be covered with excessive air freshener sprays. It was overwhelming and clogged my nostrils, making me eager to get outside in the mornings. The staff on hand was always very nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. This is an older property. It can use a few upgrades, but otherwise, it is a good option.

My room had hair in the tub and mole, I'm justing getting in off the plane I'm tired after two transfers and a screaming baby, then I asked to be placed in another room, she said there all booked up, it's 3 people in my room so where is the third person sleeping? No accommodations for me at all.. I'm also a travel agent I will not recommend this Marriott.

I was especially happy to see that the entire floor in the room was NOT carpet. The hardwood look is much cleaner looking. The shower floor had a few stains that's very unsightly and there is a weak spot on the floor that appears to be water logged that might be coming from the shower floor drain.

Platinum member expecting much more. One trash can for entire room, bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Got stuck against toilet, phone didn’t work in case of emergency, bought microwaveable pizza to take to room only to find no microwave??? Even a Red Roof Inn has a microwave in each room! A king suite has no microwave? Receptionist told us when we checked in “if you have any problems, keep it to yourself”. 😳

The receptionist Donna was great. She was courteous, and did her best to get us checked in asap even though we were not able to check in for about 3 hours after the checkin time because the room was not ready for us and some one else who was attempting to check in also. Once we were able to finally check in my husband had to go back down stairs to take the shower curtain because there were yellow stains on it. Also the floor was not very clean--even though it appeared to be.

Lackluster and does t match the typical marriott
For the price this hotel wasn’t worth it. The beds were comfy and rooms were very cold which was great BUT There was no ice for 90% of our stay u less u walked to the restaurant and they gave you some. The gym is a joke. The pool was out of order due to a pump and on our last night we found a roach in the hallway.

The area across the street is great for shopping and dinning, staff support was great and very helpful. The area outside hotel is very dirty and feels unsafe.
