Had via Expedia dit hotel geboekt om er zeker van te zijn dat we fijn konden aankomen in Vietnam. Hotel voldeed aan alle verwachtingen: schoon, luxe, comfortabele bedden en super vriendelijk personeel.

Wat hebben we genoten! Het personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijk, attent en gastvrij. Verblijven was een feestje. Onze dochter Evy werd in de watten gelegd door Kaylee en heeft er een nieuwe vriendin bij. Aan iedereen aan te raden

Het personeel heeft voor een perfecte ervaring gezorgd. Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij reisden met een baby en die werd helemaal vertroeteld door het personeel. Daarnaast een prima locatie

Unfortunately only stayed here for 1 night and wished I'd booked the rest of our stay here. The staff make the stay here enjoyable. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. The beds are super comfy and the restaurant serves incredible food.

This place is located in a great area with easy access to food and shops. The lake is a minute walk with lots to do around the area. The hotel itself is old but well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and included some toiletry essentials. The mini bar items were all quite cheap - approx $1usd so we had plenty of drinks/snacks. The rooftop bar was really nice- drinks were good and the food was tasty too. We had a group of 7 and were all pleased with what we ordered - from American to local dishes. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are all so nice and friendly - from the front desk to the dining and wait staff - they definitely helped make the stay more enjoyable. Tip: Using them to book the taxi made it easy for us - approx $25usd from the airport. Someone was waiting for us with a sign when we got out of customs. Made it nice not having to worry about transportation when we first arrived.

This hotel was our favorite in Hanoi! We stayed at other hotels for the same price, and weren't nearly as good as this one. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, market and Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast had SO many delicious options, including vegetarian choices. In addition, the staff was helpful, cordial, kind and professional! We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel
Overall stay was 10/10. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They noticed it was my partner's birthday so they made it extra special for us by setting up the bed with a happy birthday decoration and they gave us cake.

フロントスタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で親切で本当に良かったです。ただ、朝食会場のスタッフの態度が少し気になりました。朝食は基本的にはブュッフェスタイルですが、フォーや卵料理など、特定の料理は注文制となっていました。朝食会場に行くと、スタッフが特定の料理の注文要否について尋ねてくれます。しかし、スタッフは白人が来るとすぐに注文があるかどうかを尋ねるのに、初日以降、私たちは自分たちから話し掛けて、自ら注文するまで向こうから聞かれる事はなかったので、差別されているのかな？と感じる事がありました。 ホテルの部屋は古いですが、きちんと清掃されていて清潔でした。ベッドの寝心地が非常に良かったです。 壁がすごく薄いので隣の人の話し声の内容まで聞こえて来るのが少し嫌でした。 The front staff was very polite, kind, and really nice. However, I was a little concerned about the attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue. Breakfast is basically buffet style, but certain dishes such as pho and egg dishes had to be ordered. When you go to the breakfast venue, the staff will ask you if you want to order certain dishes. However, as soon as a white person came, the staff would ask if they had an order, but from the first day onwards, we were not asked until we asked to the staff and placed our order ourselves, so we felt discriminated against. The hotel room was old, but well-maintained and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walls were very thin, so I couldn't hear what the people next door were saying.

This was our favourite hotel in our two weeks in Vietnam. The staff were amazing - helpful, courteous and sincere. the rooms were nicely decorated, fairly spacious and the mattress very comfortable. We could walk anywhere for both sightseeing and souvenir shopping. A hidden gem.

Upon first impression as you walk in the Lobby, the environment is about service. The Staff, Amenities, Spa, Restaurant and Bar are all at your service. Great knowledge and support in whatever you might have planned or still need to figure out. Need a place for your luggage before you check in or while you make a transfer during your stay. It was available and helpful for no cost. Great views from the top deck of the surrounding city and 2 blocks from the lake (central hub of the Old Quarter). Definitely recommend staying here again.

This hotel is excellent, especially staffs were very hospitable. Thay fully took care of our stay. This hotel is located in the center of the Old Quarter. It’s convenient but it means the traffic is so busy around this hotel, so you may feel noisy. However, I was very satisfied with our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Hanoi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation and local recommendations. Check-in was an easy process. A great rooftop bar and restaurant gave you a great view of the city. And 2 blocks from the lake made it accessible to numerous activities.

Nice little hotel in the Old Quarter
Really nice hotel close to the lake in the Old Quarter, nice breakfast too. Bed was very comfortable and the cleaners did a great job working around when I was out. All the staff at the hotel tried very hard to make it an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Jimmy and Jenny who I spoke to the most but everyone at the hotel were great.

The entire staff is super awesome and excellent hospitality.! Breakfast is excellent! The hotel is small but is very morden, the room is clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this lovely hotel and we'd stay here again for our next visit Ha Noi.
