Dear Mrs Jesse Stein,We would like to thank you for devoting your time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us.We are committed to create for every guest a remarkable experience and are therefore saddened that we failed at this.We can assure you that we have allocated you the family suite that you reserved through our partner, and we are sorry that the suite did not meet your expectations. The Family Suite is composed of an Ocean View Suite with its connecting Room.In fact, one swimming pool was closed for annual maintenance to improve the pool customer experience as informed on the web site, however our second pool and the beach facilities of the barbecue beach were operational.There are seasonal restaurants that only open in summer, but all other restaurants and activities were open. We are very sorry about your disappointment and we hope that none of these imperfections will stop you from considering a repeat stay with us as we anticipate welcoming you back in the hotel in the nearest future, to give us the chance to regain your confidence in our services and facilities and for sure we will do our utmost to reverse the impressions you had during your recent stay.Yours sincerely,Jacques ClaudelGeneral Manager
