'If I could give 10 stars I would. The villa is s exactly what you see and more. The owner had so many little extra things you usually don’t get. I was blown away. Would rent again'

If you’re looking for a house within walking distance in Uptown, I don’t know that you’ll find one better. 'My family enjoyed our stay at this rental home. The location was perfect, close to everything, and in a beautiful private community near the main road. We loved the pool, hot tub, and view as well. Any concerns that came up during our stay, the host quickly and kindly responded to. The house sleeps 8, if you sleep 4 in the double bunk beds. The couch is another option for sleeping, but for a family of 6, we felt we needed more bedrooms. I highly recommend this home, for a trip to amazing Sedona!'

'Spring break with teens is a "special" time - to get two teen siblings to agree on a location takes the best negotiating skills. Fortunately we all generally nod our head to Sedona, and then to have a great property like Diamond Resorts Sedona - we made it through five days without one cross word! The pool proximity, the space of the adjoining suites we rented, the views, the access to a great running trail just behind the property, 5 minutes to the supermarket - all a big winner. Definitely...

'My boyfriend and I arrived at the property for a romantic birthday getaway and this property did not disappoint. It was artisanal, rustic, and romantic. Everything was well maintained, clean, and enchanting. From the fireplace, to the giant jetted tub, to the bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. It was amazing 😍 I would recommend this lovely villa 10 out of 10. And the host was very responsive and kind. Wonderful stay.'

'We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. '

'Wonderful place....with a lot of small waterfalls,trees,flowers. Nice resort very clean,kind and friendly staff.Cozy units with beautyful surronding&full equiments.Great shower and bath. The pool great,clean,good temperature.;;perfect after a long day hike. Very handy the washing machine and dryers,very welcome after a long trip. The Italian Restaurant outstanding food.And the waiters with a very big small.Thanks for the birthday firesworks and the very tasty tiramisu. Your car safe in the front...
