The AC in room was not working. There was no handyman to fix. The front desk had to do it himself. However, I had to move to a new room that AC is working well.

reservation cancelled by expedia even though I called property and explained that I wouldn't show up until day 2 of reservation. I spoke to desk staff by phone and explained that I needed to book extra day since 2nd day check in conflicted with event timing. hotel took off room availability (even though they charged me for the room) and then made it available to walk ins. my reservation was gone when I showed up on day 2 and jeopardized my attending an event for which I made the reservation. Quite unhappy

Mattress cover had large yellow stain, couch had stains all over, Picture frames worn, bathroom door stapled together, molding scuffed, ceiling in bathroom repaired and spackle never sanded rough and sloppy, garbage in hallway, the only coffee available in any room in hotel was decaf, hot water in lobby for tea tinged brown and tasted like coffee,female refilling breakfast items had an attitude,weeds growing in flower pots outside of entrance,old double sided foam torn and dirty on top of dresser,debris in multiple halls. Very disappointing for a Best Western. Desk staff was very friendly.

The staff are not friendly, the AC in the room wasn’t working . The room never ready when you check in . I book a standard king size room , I got there at 2:30pm they told that the room is not ready , I have to wait for 4 pm to check in mind you I drove 4 hrs , they made me get a suite king size room and charged me $30 more .

Thank you for your review. Check In time is at 4:00 PM hence if there is an early check in and the room booked is not ready, it would not be possible for check in. It also showed on file you were checked in around 2:00 PM and not 2:30 PM. If you changed your room type the price would change as there are different room types and different prices.

This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. 1) you have to go to the front desk and request house keeping 2) house keeping shifts ends at 4pm so if you need something after that you are out of luck 3) Breakfast; found a bug on the biscuits which were hard like a rock. Drink machine doesn’t work, yogurt machine doesn’t work and no one seems to care 4) Good Parking 5) it looks run down. Bed sheet seem really cheap. 6) we found old coffee cups in the coffee machine in the room 7) there was some sticky material by the door that was not cleaned for 3 days 8) Not all are English speaking 9) not worth the money 10) It gives Best Western a bad reputation. We stayed in few and were great.

Worst experience ever! I had two queen beds. One bed was hard. The other had coils that poked. We could not rest. The only chair in the room had a broken armrest. The bathtub had pealing paint; which we had to try and remove from our feet and legs after showering.

Omg I really did not expect the poor conditions of the room! Bathroom door did not close, random stains in the shower as well as rusty fixtures! The breakfast was old dry potatoes and sausage sitting in grease with the fruit being apples. Had to ask for milk to be filled for cereal (sugar cereal) hot water lukewarm etc etc. but worst of all a young man came in to case the tables, asked for $$, helped himself to food do no controls. One room card did not work, waited 10 minutes for front desk staff who didn’t show do gave up. Hallways ice cold, heaters unplugged. Window drapes have holes. You name it, awful.

The staff are not friendly at all, I drove 4 hours to Pa when I got there it was 2:40 pm , I had my reservation I go to check in , there was no room ready , I had to wait for 1 hour and half to get a clean room . One of the staff said to me it’s not her problem that I got there before check in time . Mind you the parking was empty everybody check out at 12pm, at 2:40 there’s was no room clean for customers. Both mornings had no hot water for showers (first day maintenance issue, second day “it ran out have to wait”). The hallway blew air conditioning when it was 40° outside. Room temperature was cold-HAD to have room heat at 78° to be warm. Not enough blankets to stay warm at night. Limited TV channel selection. Breakfast was cold and rarely filled.

The place in general was outdated and dirty. Walls did not keep the noise out from rooms next door. Hallways were freezing no heat at all. It was a bed and shower so served the purpose but would not recommend!!

My room smelt like urin , asked for wake up call as I had a 3:30 am flight call never happened and when I tried to check out after having to call them to desk and he stood across lobby and said just throw keys up there. No heat in hallway and it was 22 degrees out and room was ice cold also. O yes and the used condom in elevator. Never again stay. Water was hot for shower and 5 hour sleep

Unfortunately, my Frontier flight took off with my checked bag, but, without me; so, I had to rebook directly with the hotel for the following evening at $99.90 vs Expedia $83.92 (that I lost). The room had two double beds. Both appeared to be comfortable. The hotel tv was fine but the cable or over-the-air antenna channels were of limited selection. The bathroom had been partially remodeled. It looked nice; but the bathtub/shower still needed some final cleanup/plumbing work. The receptionist at the front desk was amiable. The most important feature in my case do to traveling woes (Frontier Airlines failures, all rental-car agencies at the Harrisburg Airport being closed when my flight arrived at 745pm requiring airport roundtrip taxi service expense) is the little diner/bar located just a short walk from the hotel property, Angie's. It was 10pm when I checked into my room. The diner part of Angie's was closed when I walked in a short time after 10pm, but, the bar was open and food was still being served. I enjoyed my conversations there as well as the good food and drink, considering I was a 'stranger' to the 'regulars' there. Finally, the hotel is very convenient to the airport.

I had to call for service to enter the room, to fix inoperable air conditioner and was told that coffee/tea was available 24 hours and it wasn't. I don't understand how a cheaper price online rather than directly from Best Western.

Perfect for the price. Comfortable night sleep
Pulled off the highway, didn't even know BW was available there was another popular chain first that was going for double the price. We were only staying the night, and needed someplace to get cleaned up and to get some good rest. Very comfortable and it was perfect.
