'Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked'

It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.'

'Mid City did not disappoint. The home is Cozy and had everything we needed. Mike and Damion were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to text messages as well. Free off street parking was a plus. 'Wonderful location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Home was clean and beautifully decorated in a true New Orleans vibe. We spent many hours out on the deck enjoying the NOLA weather. Kitchen was very well stocked and all passwords worked well for Wi-Fi. Hosts Michael and Marcia was very responsive to any questions and were available for any issues. We will definitely be back!'

'Very happy with our stay here. Close to everything, and you can see the street car from your front porch. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property manager was the fastest replying property manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and made check-in/check-out/questions very easy.'

'I really enjoyed staying at Erin‘s place. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfy. The climate control was great, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen wonderful and a full size washer/dryer. The street cars go by but very quickly and it’s not a big deal. Erin thought of everything-she even has a noise machine in the bedroom area (we did not need it). I liked it so much that I rebooked for next year for Jazz Fest.'

'Adorable little shotgun house in a quiet neighborhood! Spacious rooms, high ceilings, full kitchen with dining table, laundry room, covered front porch, and even a secluded little back yard. 'We loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and really feels like old-school NOLA. The location is perfect for exploring the Garden District, and it’s easy to get to the French Quarter and downtown. The owners provided high quality supplies and thought of everything. We felt so comfortable and “at home” the entire time! I cannot say enough about what a great place this is.'

'The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. 'The house is nice, clean but its a two apartment building and we could hear every single step the people upstairs were making to the point the entire house was shaking. Weird experience. Location is not too far from the downtown.'

'First and foremost, the apartment was just as shown. It was clearly remodeled in the recent past, and very clean. The location was perfect for us. Owner extremely responsive. The only drawbacks to us were a lack of hand-towels (where to wash hands in the bathroom was kind of funky). Also, not having a TV with local antenna was awkward. It's New Orleans, and weather can be an issue. Otherwise, minor irritants. The stay was perfect. I'd definitely stay again.'
