'This was an awesome easy relaxing little place to stay on the canal of Homosassa River! We enjoyed the home amenities and took a stroll on the kayak and paddle board with the pups... Very relaxing and convenient to many restaurants!'

'I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

'The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. 'Heel ruim en comfortabel verblijf in Port Richey. We waren met 2 dus voldoende plaats in dit huis waar 6 personen kunnen slapen. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort, inclusief terras dat in de namiddag heerlijk in de zon ligt. Allles was perfect, heel net en voldoende keukengerief om zelf te koken, wat we ook altijd gedaan hebben. Toch één aanbeveling : de pannen en potten zouden wel van betere - lees zwaardere, zelfs Ikea - kwaliteit mogen zijn. Ze zijn namelijk van de lichtste/goedkoopste...

'We had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy and convenient. I was able to launch my SUP and float down the river all day stopping to manatee gaze, swim and eat.'

'My wife, mother-in-law and Charlie 🐶 had a wonderful stay. Was easy to find, house was furnished as listed and very clean. Nice open living room with ample seating. The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to reserve this appropriately named house: Our piece of paradise !!'

'We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. 'Overall we had a great time, easy check-in and out. We had a few issues which we contacted Matt and Abby about, they replied quickly and helped where needed. The inside is much larger then it looks outside and the neighborhood was quite with a park right down the road. No one informed Matt and Abby the screen around the pool had broken so we did get attacked by the no see um's (nats) around the pool which limited the amount of time we could stay out there after 6. The exterminators recommended...

'The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!'

'James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. 'We enjoyed this wonderful canal property. We fished everyday red fish, small stingray, blue crab the dolphins were chasing fish into the canal. We used the kayaks and we enjoyed watching all of the different birds that would stop by the property. The sunsets are beautiful. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!!'

'I booked this house with a few friends and family for my 35th birthday weekend! I literally just wanted to relax in a pool and enjoy the weekend, and this property did not disappoint at all. The kayaks are a special touch too and were fun to use. The house was clean, the neighbors were friendly, there was enough parking. The house set up is great. Everything was clean and easy to find. The owners were great the very few times I reached out, quick to respond too, we are looking at booking here...

'I looked for a place for our family to get together for a vacation and also celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. I have 3 grown children and 2 grand kids 18 months and 3 years old. We had the best time ! When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised. This place looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Most people have the pool inside the lanai. The fact that it was outside allowed the kids...
