Ivm Corona zelf bedden opmaken en badkamer drogen, dagelijks vragen om schone handdoeken. Vragen om housekeeping om schone lakens, 1 maal verschoond. Vooraf werd gevraagd om mondkapjes te dragen terwijl andere gasten en ook personeel dit niet deden. Ook zelf toiletpapier gekocht. T.V. Met slecht beeld. Van meerdere problemen foto’s gemaakt. Bijv. Bedrand los op de grond, lakens met gaten/scheuren.

Voor aankomst bericht ontvangen dat de kamers niet altijd worden schoongemaakt. Moeten vragen om handdoeken en maken zelf bedden op. Natuurlijk door Corona maar er wordt wel geaccepteerd dat veel gasten zonder mondkapjes rondlopen. Dat niet altijd schoongemaakt wordt, oké maar wij verblijven hier meerdere weken en schone lakens is dan ook wel eens prettig.

I am so sorry you found your room unsatisfactory. I can assure you that is not the standard in our hotel. We work hard to make sure our housekeepers keep each and every guest room and bathroom clean; my apologies. I hope you consider staying with us again. This hotel is everything you need , breakfast is great , clean rooms, bar and restaurant amazing People working there very very nice , my family and I we travel a lot for my daughter competition, and I can say this embassy suite is the best , very happy 5 stars

The room was great for my girls and me giving us ample space and quiet. The breakfast is just phenomenal and the atrium was so pleasant. I was able to meet my friend there and spend a wonderful few hours. Just overall a wonderful stay.

Did not like: We had to ask for more bath towels both nights of our stay. The refrigerator was not working, I fixed the gasket myself and we had to thaw out the block of ice in it before it started working. The heating system would not cool down. We called maintenance and they came immediately and fix the situation, but in the muddle of the night it quit again. Also did not know parking was extra and we could only pay for it through a QR code on our phone, this is a big inconvenience after a long trip. Did like: The staff did reacted quickly to our needs and the breakfast was fantastic.

On check-in on Sunday, March 18, I asked what the breakfast hours were. My husband and I were told 6:00 am to 10:00 am. Monday morning we came to breakfast at 9:35 am and were told breakfast stops at 9:30 am on weekdays but stays open until 10:00 am on Saturday and Sundays. The staff made no attempt to check if we could get fruit and coffee or help in any way. We had a 4.5 hour drive ahead of us to get home and had chosen Embassy Suites for the included breakfast. Last stay at this hotel.

Tired and dated
Hotel is looking tired and dated. Dried food on the carpet, room very dusty, no bottled water provided, no toiletterries available all week. Hotel used to be great but needs a lick of paint and new carpets

Almost perfect but…
We have always favored Embassy Suites. This stay started to be perfect. On our check out day we discovered our rental vehicle had been towed!! They give you a parking ticket which we put on our dash nightly. The last night we came in late and out our ticket on the dash, I guess we must have brushed it with our jackets while getting out of the van. When we went to pick it up out of tow/storage, I asked to see the vehicle before we paid the $250 bill! I went and took a picture, anyone could have looked in the window and see it landed in the center of the console plain as day. Embassy wasn’t apologetic but said they contract it out to keep outsiders Out. I showed tow company guy the picture I had just taken and he shook his head and said to take it up with Embassy, they can have the company reimburse or they will. Went back to Embassy and she said they don’t do that. I said well that’s not what the tow company said as apparently this happens often. I showed her the picture and she also seen it was BS! I’m waiting to hear back. I think it’s a racketing thing whoever is out patrolling for their next victim! Not only did it make us have to cancel a tour as this took a few hours to make the calls, get a Uber, wait for the tow company to help us and charge us. Made our almost perfect trip stressful. Disappointed how the staff coldly handle this wiping their hands clean and not offering to have their Shuttle take us to tow company. At NO time were we told you could be towed!
