'I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. 'Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. 'We had a lovely time staying at this location. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. 20 ladies stayed for three nights. One thing to note is there could be better supplies in the kitchen such as more dish towels and scrub sponges for doing dishes. Other than that, we had no complaints. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and each room was nicely decorated. Thank you!'

'Everything that we were looking for in a place. Stayed there with three adults and one kid. My niece absolutely loved her room with bunk beds. Sauna was amazing! Place is very comfortable and spacious!! Each day we took a very short drive into the Village in Arrowhead. Great restaurants nearby, walks around the lake, and also a nice hikes. We were very happy with our stay.'

"When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never cleaned and looked dirty our entire stay. And we also had an ant invastation in the bathroom, I believe this was because the trash bins weren’t emptied on a daily basis. We had to empty them and place the bags in the trash bin in front of the elevator. When we complained they said that it was due to a lack of cleaning personnel. We asked for a daily refresher and that was done neither. We had to go downstairs everyday to get clean towels and toilet paper. And the tv was broken so they replaced it with another one that was working. We also had to go down every other day cause the room key didn’t work and had to be magnetized to work. The only upside was the friendly people working there and apologizing for the discomfort caused by all of the abovementioned. The breakfast wasn’t great but decent. In short : we will never stay here again."
