'Perfect little two bedroom (as noted by the owner the loft is it not useable with the ladder) close to roll over and boys scout woods for birding and only ferry ride to Galveston'

'The house was beautiful and the location was great. Close to The Big Store and local restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. We loved the amenities available to us as well. Downside was that the ice machine in the fridge had a huge hole in the bottom, so we kept having to buy bags of ice to keep in there for our drinks. The mattresses were also super uncomfortable for us, but if you like firm mattresses, you should be okay. All in all, we had such a fun visit and would definitely book...

If you are coming via Galveston (or plan on going back and forth), please remember that it takes time to travel by ferry during high traffic times. There were 2 minor things that could have been better: 1. There wasn't enough supplies (extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc). This could have been better. 2. I called/texted...

'House is beautifully located directly on the beach. Kids loved the swim spa and watching a movie from it after dark on the outdoor tv. This Oklahoma girl wasn’t expecting the very slight swaying of the house with the breeze, but I’m sure those more familiar with beach life would laugh at me. 😂 Beaches were never crowded and we had plenty of space to ourselves.
