'This was our first trip to the Black Hills, and the Little Elk Cottage was the perfect setting for our trip. The cottage is adorable, very private and within reasonable driving times to the area’s attractions. The cottage was well equipped and well furnished. We had a very relaxing getaway, and would recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the Black Hills area. Herb M.'

'We loved the town of Custer and this charming house was right in the heart of it. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The location was also a perfect jumping off point for seeing the sites in the Black Hills. We went far and wide and decided our favorite excursion was a day in Custer State Park, where we saw Bison and Prairie Dogs and a host of other wildlife. It was awesome to come home each day to the peaceful little cottage where we ended the evening with a movie and then to bed....

'Custer was the perfect spot for us to see all the things the Black Hills has to offer. The cozy cabin was just the right size and had all the things we needed to cook, relax, and play. Favorite pieces of the house: the playground, the throw blankets, oscillating fan in each bedroom, the grill and carport. Top notch stay!'

'Went on early season visit to Mount Rushmore and Custer state park. Beautiful area and we had the privilege of being first to stay at the property being renovated. Cottage was very nice and will be back.'

'We had a fantastic stay at the hideaway. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed not having to pack all the kitchen appliances, and we took advantage of the kitchen, cooking each night. We spent afternoons soaking up sunshine on the decks aftee hiking nearby trails. The location was perfect, so close to all the parks and monuments. It had everything we needed. We highly recommend!'

'We took 3 grandchildren to see Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, Custer, Deadwood, Devil’s Tower, and Badlands NP. Great location. Comfortable , clean, safe. Close enough to town but rural enough for deer, turkey, rabbits all around. Loved it. '

'Our stay at Creekside was perfect! The cabin was spotless and organized in the most helpful way! The location was perfectly situated so we didn't have difficulty finding it at all! It was a peaceful area that was perfect for downtime after a busy day of sightseeing! Check in was perfect for us to do on our own. . .as we didn't get in until 11! I have been wanting to bring my kids to the Black Hills for years and this place made all of us eager to plan a trip back!! We will probably plan that...
