We had a problem with the door. On the 28th, when we came back to the room, we noticed our door was opened. We thought that we had left it opened, but there was a problem with the door. When we were getting ready to leave the next day, the door would not open. We called the office about 5 times until someone came up the room to check what's going on. By that time, an hour had passed.
At the registration office, there were information regarding things to do on the island. I asked about it, but got very minimum information. When I called back at least 3 times later asking about it, everyone in the office kept transferring me from on to another. I left a message a couple times, but nobody every got back with me.
They charged something $66 on our card saying that we purchased something, but never did. I called multiple times about it but again, people kept transferring me from one person to another. This whole process was absolutely frustrating. I left message on someone's phone, but again, nobody got back with me. They never addressed the issue, so we had to talk to the credit card company.
Really terrible service. Everything was good, but if any problems arise, they will not be there for you
