Property is overpriced and absolutely no value for money. Also, somebody in the staff was dishonest. I forgot my stuff in the room while checking out. I called up front desk later in the day. After a couple of calls, they told me they couldn’t find it in the room. Clearly, somebody in the staff decided to keep it. DISHONEST!!
I called up Hilton guest services, they opened a case and informed me they will provide the status in three days. NOBODY BOTHERED to inform me even after two weeks. After calling them once again, they say they couldn’t find anything. It’s really ABSURD!
I think I AM NOT GOING TO STAY IN ANY OF HILTON PROPERTIES ANY MORE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS
