Great hotel & experience
A great experience!! Super friendly welcome at the reception, an upgrade with a stunning view and since we had an early flight to catch a takeaway breakfast ready at the reception. Golf facilities looked great although I must admit we only visited the driving range. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, its services and friendly staff.

Het is een prachtig hotel in een mooie omgeving met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Het personeel is over het algemeen wat afstandelijker. Tijdens het inchecken kregen we weinig informatie. In de kamer is ook weinig informatie over het hotel te vinden. Mijn man heeft coeliakie en moet glutenvrij eten. Wij hadden dit vooraf doorgegeven bij de boeking en per e-mail. Dit hebben wij nog nagevraagd bij het inchecken. Wij hadden voor halfpension gekozen. Voordat we gingen dineren hebben wij dit nogmaals bij het personeel aangegeven. Het zou worden nagevraagd. Er werd aangegeven dat alles glutenvrij zou zijn. Mijn man heeft op basis hiervan van alles gegeten. Op een van de laatste dagen gaf een chefkok echter aan dat o.a. de sushi wel gluten bevat. Mijn man heeft echter wel enkele dagen gluten binnengekregen. Hij is hier een aantal dagen flink ziek van geworden. Erg vervelend dat hier niet serieus mee om is gegaan. Dit verwacht je wel van een 5 sterren hotel. De kamer werd goed schoongemaakt door Samira. Hier waren we erg blij mee. Het strand wordt niet onderhouden door het hotel. Er lopen ook zwerfhonden rond. Hierdoor voelde ik mij niet veilig. Er was ook veel afval te vinden. Gelukkig konden we gebruik maken van het zwembad. Er komen veel zwerfkatten af op het ontbijt en diner. Dit kan voorkomen worden door ze ergens anders eten een drinken te geven. Een auto is handig aangezien het hotel afgelegen ligt.

didn't like the fact that my reserved room was not available upon my arrival at 19.00 hrs!,there was no apology from the manager I met!! Breakfast was chaotic ,staff friendly but not competent! liked the surrounding area, food at the Olivier was good, unfortunately it was my second not experience with the hotel, first one was in 2019.

Highly recommend this hotel, it’s about a 20 min drive to the port of tangier. The staff was lovely and kind. The only thing I would complain about is the pricing at the bar. Moroccan mint tea was 60 MAD everywhere else is normally 15 MAD. And they never had tea in the buffet it was always empty. The buffet was amazing, lots of options. the resort is stunning, and big. Our room was always spotless. We also golfed at the resort there, it’s a very nice course. If I ever come back to tangier I will stay here 100 percent. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hilton.

We came back to this hotel after having stayed when it first opened four years ago and I’m not sure if it was the off season that contributed or just really not being well taken care of in the four years but the condition was really sad to see. So many broken doors, appliances, lights on balconies, ants and bugs everywhere - while the front desk was sorry they also stated this is to be expected during off season. I’m shocked that bugs would be part of an expectation during any season. No additional food options besides spaghetti and chicken nuggets, highly advise spending your money somewhere else. Just a big bust and will stay in Tangier proper next time with less of a pricey stay!

Le pire hôtel que j’ai connu au Maroc. Pour une première fois sa sera la dernière aussi. Personnel à revoir surtout votre voiturier qui sert strictement à rien du tout. Fuite dans la salle de bain, prise qui ne marche pas, problème de verrou dans la chambre. Bref je ne recommande surtout pas cette hôtel. Et arrêter de vous comparez au Mazagan vous n’avez rien d’un hôtel de luxe.

Séjour fantastique à Tanger
Séjour en famille fantastique. Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Les équipements de l’établissement sont top. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est savoureux et fourni. Le personnel du Kids Club et Summer camp est super attentionné. Nous reviendrons.

Excellent property. Clean rooms. Only negative is the service provided at the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at Argan restaurant— staff did not attend to tables to provide beverages; staff had to be asked repeatedly for basic drinks like water or coffee. Food often ran out before the closing of the buffet service. Rest of the hotel property was beautiful and amazing.

Simple and effective architecture. Beautiful hotel with a phenomenal golf course and golf training facility. We were however quite disappointed with the limited dining options. For a 5 star hotel a small dinner buffet as the only dinner option is not enough. In addition, the breakfast buffet was also fairly limited. A good benchmark for this hotel's standing would be the Hyatt Regency in Taghazout. Al Houara falls pretty short of that unfortunately. I would definitely come back to this resort but only for the golf. The prices for accommodation and food are not a good enough value in my opinion.
