Perfect little spot!
Condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.

You cannot get a better view than that! I brought my son and my mom down for my sons graduation trip. He’s never been to Destin! He fell in love. The property could use some updating but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves every morning!

Simply wonderful
The apartment is steps from the beach, as advertised, and all we could have hoped for. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and thank the hosts for their excellent communication to ensure we had the best trip ever! Can't wait to return to Destin!

Location, Location, Location
This unit is in the most beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The unit was not as clean as it could have been as it appeared the floor had not been swept and mopped and furniture was dusty but was otherwise clean and no bugs. The unit floors are in need of some repair from apparent moisture issues. I did have issues with accessing the unit on arrival, but the host was very friendly and helpful. It was a huge plus that the unit was pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The views cannot be beat!!

Great view
Great view, nice condo complex with multiple pools, short 9 hole golf, 8 excellent PB and 3 tennis courts. Condo needs work. Sliding door doesn’t lock. Windows don’t open. Poor kitchen amenities. Dirty light bulbs and fixtures. Great floor plan, with nice bed. No HVAC or TV instructions. Comfortable roomy couch but overall not a “welcoming “ experience.

Hey Bill We will be replacing the sliding doors soon, windows are not made to open. I will let the maid service know about the light bulbs. thank you for staying with us on the beach and hope to see you again soon.

Very nice views and neighborhood!
Really not a lot of complaints, the views were amazing, neighborhood had everything you could need, and the locals were really nice. Sometimes communication between the host took awhile but they always responded. One of the sheets were dirty upon arrival and and their pots and pans were borderline unusable due to being too dirty or rusted but other than that it was an amazing place to stay for a nice beach view!

Beautiful Views
A very panoramic veiw of the ocean, perfect for dolphin watching! Owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We received our codes promptly in an email. Definitely will always choose these owners for our stays Destin is a paradise and if you travel about 10 miles there's a nice dog park where they can swim in the Bay

Paradise with our dog
Our condo had the best views, only yards away from the crashing waves. I like that it is only a two story building, although loading and unloading was a workout as there are 3 staircases to navigate. We stayed on the second level. They allowed pets which was a big bonus. The unit was clean, but definitely could use an overall paint job along with the end tables in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen could use some love. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Great location close to good restaurants and a dog park. We would stay there again.

I'm kinda freaked out by ALL the extra fees...I guess it is what it is, but nearly Thirteen hundred for 3 short nights is high for this property. Cannot get in till 4pm on day 1, out at 10am is pretty tough too if ya ask me. Not a super clean place, and dont expect much in the way of kitchen "amenities", but this unit has a nice beach side view, and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay
The view is beautiful, and there are many activities to do such as tennis, swimming, and golf. The hosts are very nice and aim to please their guests. My 13 year old said she liked it better than any where else we have stayed before in Destin.

Winter retreat
This was a short winter getaway with the incoming inclement weather we decided to head south. The location and accessibility was perfect. The owners were VERY responsive. Overall we enjoyed our time in the rental and will book again.

CONDO LOCATION IS GREAT. CONDO NEEDS WORK.
CONDO IS OLD & VERY TIRED LOOKING. I WAS NOT TOLD TO LET THE GUARDS KNOW I HAD A DOG. I HAD TO GET A WRIST BAND FOR $10 FOR MY DOG. MY RESERVATION COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED BY GUARDS SO I HAD TO CALL OWNER TO HAVE THEM TO EMAIL GUARDS INORDER FOR THEM TO GIVE US CODE FOR GATE.

Unit has been updated. We were not aware of the 10.00 dog wrist band. Most people are thankful to stay on the beach and bring their fur baby with them. Your name was not at the gate because you booked the day before. Sorry for your inconvenience… we hope you stay with us again on the beach!

Destin dreams
The property was very nice, it was clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome, while relaxing with coffee in the mornings. The locations has very easy access to anything you need. We had 1 minor issue with excess condensation fron the AC unit, the owner had it taken care of with in a couple hrs. They were great to work with. We had a very nice vacation and will definitely return . Thanks for everything. The Dolans

Unit was a little run down. Railing on porch was falling apart.windows in bedroom was about to fall out.had a great view of the beach.great location. We have stayed in several different units over the past 5 or 6 years this one was probably the most in need of repairs.

Great Getaway
This was a great getaway for me and my wife. Property was as advertised, best view possible. Look, if you're wanting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in tiled shower, everything top notch, this place is not for you. Sure, the kitchen could use an update, but it kept drinks cold and handled the daily tasks like a kitchen does. Could the bathroom be updated, sure, but I got a hot shower everyday and was able to do my business. This is a beach front condo with the best view possible, that is what you're paying for. Best view possible everyday, gated and safe, easy walk to the beach, couldn't of asked for a better stay. Cannot wait to come back.

Destin disaster
We arrived to a door code that didn't work, a filthy condo, a plywood "window" in the master as the window was gone, a lighting panel missing in the kitchen ceiling revealing filth and a lock at the balcony door that was crusted over with sea air and would not lock. This condo was only on the second floor. TOTALLY not safe. Sofa bed was broken and sheets clearly not clean. Gil, the VRBO premier host, is not helpful and shady. Did not refund what is due to us and VRBO is not taking responsibility for their PREMIER host either.

Overall good with small disappointments
Balcony view of the beach. That was nice. A little more of a walk to the beach then I was expecting. Pools and hot tub across the street. Those were my only disappointment all else was good and I loved the vacation.

Disappointed with the owner response
Location of this property is the only thing that made me book this place . And it would probably be enough to make my stay ok if we didn’t have a big disappointment when we arrived. Check in says after 4 and code will not work before that. We got there at 3:52 and i thought it’s close enough let’s try and get in. We got in; place is empty but sand everywhere, dirty and dirty linens and towels on the floor. I start panicking; took some pictures and contacted owner. I am thinking in my head: this never happened to me!! Who supposed to clean this place ?? How I am going to shower?? Where to sleep? So, the stupid me start doing laundry. I picked someone’s dirty towels and put them in a tiny washer….my 9 years old daughter start wiping tables and chairs… and then these cleaning people showed up… after 4/00pm. They start apologizing, it’s Saturday it’s busy, they couldn’t make it… non of it don’t matter to me… we walked out on a balcony and let them clean….they cleaned and left and in a meantime owner called and said “they warned us “ it’s Saturday and busy and bs that don’t matter to me… none communicated it to us and I would understand if people were already there cleaning.. owner didn’t do anything to Make it better… these people just take your money they don’t care about problems you experience. He also replied on one of these reviews that he fixed the place. Nothing is fixed or updated: Nothing!! Kitchen is falling apart! I was afraid to pull out the drawers (it seemed they will fall apart. Fridge is making wierd noises… bathroom toilet seat paint is peeling off, curtain shower rod rusty, no shower curtains just the clear plastic that goes on other side of shower curtain and there is a huge hole in the middle of it… on top of everything I was left without the bed cover ( people before me stripped it off and left it on the floor with dirty towels and the cleaning crew took it and not replaced it! So, again location is great, owner does communicate but don’t do anything to make it better experience and if the check in says 4; place should be ready at 4 I paid every minute for it … unless you don’t mind doing some cleaning when you get on your vacation don’t book this place!!

Making Memories with Grandson
This condo is in need of a deep cleaning and several repairs need to be made. However, it is in a great location if you don't mind walking across the street to the swimming pools. We did communicate these repair needs with the owner so hopefully, he will make them and it can be a wonderful place. He was very polite.
