Raymond,Thank you staying with us and taking the initiative to leave a review. Our Expedia listing states under room amenities that we have climate-controlled heating. It is uncommon for oceanfront properties to have air conditioning, but recognizing that the weather can fluctuate, the staff makes fans and blankets available to guests at no additional charge, should one be requested.I understand they were attentive to your requests for both during your stay, and I hope you will consider visiting Homer, and our hotel, again some day.

Glad to hear you had a great stay! We are about a 20 minute walk to Pioneer Avenue, where there are a lot of art galleries and restaurants. Our location is in central Homer, on the beach, in a secluded coastal setting. We usually recommend renting a car while in Homer...there are just so many great views in different parts of the area!
