'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....

'What a wonderful home, right on the beautiful Pacific Ocean! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the lanai, watching the humpback whales frolic right in front of us, and soaking in the hot tub. But the Sunsets…the Sunsets were SPECTACULAR, every single day. The home is close enough to the shopping and restaurants (7 min drive) but still gave us the privacy and Hawaii experience we were craving. We fully took advantage of the very well stocked kitchen. Everything you can possibly need to cook...

'This was our 2nd stay and we love this home! The location can't be beat - Keiki beach on your doorstep, walking distance to Kona brewery, Umekes, and a little further to downtown Kona. Harbor nearby for boating excursions. The home has everything you need and is a family home- clearly loved and taken care of. Heather & Joe are very responsive and helpful. Our hope for the future is that the mattresses get replaced as they are getting old and it's probably time. (My husband had back issues...

'The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.'

'The house was very large. Everyone could have their own space. The view of the coast and jungle was wonderful. We used the pool every day and spent a great deal of time on the spacious deck. Managers delivered bottled water and ice first 2 days as the ice dispenser. Needed repair ( which was done right away). The bathtubs do need a redo. Tub edge is very high, might not work for someone with disabilities. Would definitely rent again.'

'This house was MORE than described...a beautiful, beautiful home with everything we needed for comfort AND fun. We appreciated the sand chairs, umbrellas and cooler, as well as floaties. There was no skimping on toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. They even provided some laundry soap. We wondered why they had earplugs in the bedrooms....it was the evening frogs...LOL..After night one, we enjoyed falling asleep to their music. The gardens were lovely..and the views devine! 'Great location on the ocean just beyond downtown Kona between beach and great snorkeling spots. Home has a nice layout and 3 fulls baths. Well equipped kitchen, baths, and bedrooms (nice mattresses and pillows, sheets and towels). Property manager easy to communicate with. Electronics are dated and dusty, but most people aren't sitting in front of the tv ;). We would stay at this home again. Mahalo!'

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'This property was well past my expectations in a good way. Very peaceful and welcoming. You can walk to the shopping center and other beach front resorts with ease. Be prepared to have some type of vehicle whether it’s car, scooter, electric bike etc since most of the attractions are far from this location. '
