Finally a great hotel for a great price!
What a great experience to stay in this awesome hotel after spending some nights at much worse places. Staff is friendly, hotel looks very stylish and new, love it! Next time, I will definitely try to stay here again.

This is a really great property in a wonderful location. The hotel is really close to central but also a stroll from Wan Chai. Great for a tourist to get out and explore the city of Hong Kong and easy to the MTR/Bus or Tram. A short walk to the harbour for walks and runs. There are lots of restaurants (European/North American/Asian) near and plenty of local shops as well. So I’m burying this further down, as it’s not really a reflection of the hotel, just on my trip to Hong Kong. I came for 6 days from UK just to Hong Kong. I suffered quite bad jet lag as a result. Why do I mention this? Well if I was to book a hotel again I would maybe look to get a hotel with more public space (this one has none) as somewhere to chill in the quieter hours. I would also maybe look into a hotel with a gym, as somewhere to pass the time in the middle of the night. These are not a reflection on this hotel, as it is great value for money, but might be something you want to consider when looking at hotels. You might also just be happy to sit in bed and read!

Disappointing. Not as great as the pictures.
My first impressions of the hotel were really poor. Decor of the room was not as shown in images of the hotel on Hotels.com. The floor I was in had a wood laminate floor, red decorated highlights, and oldfashioned 80s but new stule red lightshade and a garish cartoon mural on the wall. Not the elegant images shown. In my room, one of the bedside lamps revealed a large hole in the wall behind it. And the light switches worked strangely. From my room I could hear the man snoring next door and it was outside the cleaners room who were talking at the tops of their voices. Not peaceful at all. At 4am after complaining once before at 11pm, the staff allowed me to change room. The second room on a higher floor was decorated in the same way as the website. Although I could not work out for the life of me what could be the actual view in the pictures from any direction. I was happier here. Except the bathroom was cramped, shower leaking, no sink space. Also there were watermarks along the corridor carpets and a lot of scuff marks. AND you could hear the noise in other rooms across the hall and further down. The hotel was really noisy and the entry was a mess of luggage not locked away, just held behind the circular desk. Nothing appeared as slick as the images for the hotel. The positives were the hotel is in a great location for being immediately on Hong Kong Island. But I would not stay here again based on the price vs quality of hotel.

Nice place and the service desk was very helpful. But, when I ask that we have more water to make coffee I was told I could only have 2 waters a day by the room service. this happened 2 times. I would think you would have not limits on water. Also he insisted on cleaning the room the next morning, even after I told him I did not want it to be. I hung the sign so the room would not be cleaned and they came in anyway. Also we went out one day and came back to find 2 service men in or room claiming to be fixing a light. I would think they should have to ask and not enter the room without us there. a bit rude.
