'Internet, water,and power are turned off most of the day. If you want water for the shower or toilet you would ask the front desk and within 3 hours you would recieve cold water. I stayed there a month with no hot water ever. Swimming pool was a pond open to the community. No TV. This is camping, not staying at a nice hotel. The windows in the 4 different rooms i stayed in were broken. They would move me each time something would brake. '

'Het Roca golf hotel is net geopend, dus de staat van het hotel is prima. Ik denk overigens dat de bouwmateriaalkeuze op de kamers in sommige gevallen er voor zal zorgen dat de "wear and tear" binnen korte tijd erg zichtbaar wordt. De hotel staff is vriendelijk en voorkomend, in sommige gevallen bijna pijnlijk onderdanig. Prachtige golf site.'

'Great location, nice decor, good AC, good food in the restaurant, good staff. However, some basic things needs sorting out - very poor WiFi, hot water issues sometimes, the bed is too small length wise, the cleaners never knock on the door unless you put a sign outside your room, electricity is a nationwide issue so expect long blackouts especially at night. 'An all round excellent experience. Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Wifi worked well in my room on the ground floor although i heard this wasn't the case in all rooms. Restaurant excellent. Nice pool. Best thing of all though is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Just need to be aware this is not in the centre of town but there is a taxi rank just outside. Very good value hotel. Would definitely go back.'
