'The home was perfect for myself, husband and adult son. This home has a large kitchen and the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for all of us to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the entire rental was clean. Super close to the national park, less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we travel back to Bar Harbor Maine.'

'We had a great time at Idle Hour. The views of the water are amazing. The tides come right up to the house. We saw plenty of birds and even a seal. The house is very clean and well-provisioned. It's a perfect place to get away after spending the day on MDI. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The place was very nice. We enjoyed the pool. The next morning we discovered we had no hot water went to the front desk and they said they didn’t know what was wrong. Also, they have breakfast and there were no gluten-free options. I know it can be hard, but just fruit or yogurt would’ve been nice. Kind of expected some refund for no hot water, but nothing was offered. '
