'Appreciated the easy check in and out procedures. Would have liked the info sent to me before I had to wonder when it was coming but owner replied to my inquiries quickly. House has everything you need and all drawers are labeled to find everything easily. Arcade game and foosball was fun! Owner made shed available to us for bike storage so that was helpful. Bathroom showers need updating and couch needs a good cleaning. Overall a decent stay.'

'Perfect for us and our dog. Open spaces, king bed, excellent main suite bath. Yard was smallish but really nice and perfect for our dog! We forgot to pick up the morning poop and are very sorry. We left a day early and I forgot. Apologies. The kitchen was really well stocked, location right across street from open green space and a nice park. Neighborhood was walkable. Beach about 3 blocks away and rocky. Perfect base for exploring the Redwoods. Very much enjoyed the home.'

'This home is perfect for a larger group as far as bedrooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. Although, the main living room needs a tv. It's located in a quiet neighborhood mirror the light houses, the cheese factoryand a quick drive to town. The backyard is large and beautiful. And since this is a pet friendly home, it was perfect for the dog. We even had a couple of deer come and visit. 'I have mostly good things to say, but the neighborhood was not great and no hot tub on property. Extremely clean, easy check in, very attentive owners. A local young man greeted us shortly after arrival, nice touch. We thought we left something behind and owners responded immediately. The inside is as described. Upstairs has very low ceilings. We had 3 adults and the owner reached out to us right away to make sure we were ok with that. However, the neighborhood is not great. Its in a rundown...

'The ocean views were awesome! However, the house was a little less than expected. We were so looking forward to the massage chair shown in the pictures but it was broken and not functional. The 2 bean bag chairs smelled horrendous. The downstairs furniture was very outdated and not clean. The upstairs was fairly nice. No TV in the upstairs. There was a sound system for music though that was nice. The kitchen table was small and was not in very good condition. Only had 1 stool for the counter....

'Place was well organized, I have a group of friends and we do traveling remote work, convenient to hiking, close to the beach, and everything was as advertised. The trampoline was a hit with the group and 10 of us were comfortable in the house throughout the stay. Furnishing was nice and adequate and in like-new condition. The yard was very well cared for and we got to catch everything in bloom in the spring, spectacular!'
