'There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!'

'Me gusto mucho el hotel! Súper ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo para lo que necesitábamos, el personal amable y el desayuno incluido está delicioso!!! Lo recomiendo ampliamente, esta Justo enfrente del teatro así que llegas caminando a todos los lugares turísticos, eso sí, todos son de subidas así que preparen las piernas para subir y subir calles y escaleras! 'Great loacation as it is very close to the city center. Staff call the room every morning to asknif we come down for breakfast which was annoying. Additionally the breakfast area has one toaster that does not work. Great gotel but rooms need some upgrading and WiFi was terrible on our floor. Staff stated that WiFI works best in the lobby which was a little dissapointing. Overall reccomend for the location but needs improvement. Breakfast was also the same items every day which got tiring really...

'The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place.'

'Rooms were small but effcient and clean. The price/quality is good. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location in the middle of downtown. Disadvantages: Smoking in the lobby, and a shower which wets the entire bathroom (which is common in Jordan for some reason). Also: location can be hard to find, it is a small sign with Rafi hotel. '

'Really appreciated the prompt communication from the host, and helpful information about transportation. The room is spacious and the rooftop view is amazing. Note that this is not a hotel, but private room and bathroom. Better than a hotel because of the shared kitchen and laundry area. Highly recommend!'

'Hotel Philosophy was a great find for our stay in Amman. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Very close to Downtown Amman and there is free street parking right in front of the hotel for those who’ve rented a car. 10/10 would recommend. '

'The Landmark is a five star and first rate hotel with excellent service which goes over and beyond their responsibility. Our stay was amazingly comfortable and even when we had some special requests, they were fulfilled for us without any hassle or cost (for instance, a very late check-out due to a late flight).
