'Goede service, vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttle naar downtown. Wij hadden via het hotel een taxi geregeld vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel. Bij aankomst werden we lelijk opgelicht door de taxichauffeur. De manager heeft dit voor ons keurig opgelost door het teveel betaalde geld aan ons te vergoeden + bij onze terugreis een gratis taxivervoer naar de luchthaven aan te bieden. Klasse!'

'Great Value for money! The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut. I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support. "We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. And also several very short power cut offs which could be inherit to the city we were in. So overall a more than pleasant 2 weeks stay for us and a very deserved recommendation."
