'This apartment in an old tobacco warehouse district was a cool experience. The beds were well-appointed and comfortable. The TV was large and loaded with streaming services. The kitchen was well-stocked (with exception of a wine opener; bring your own :)) with the host even leaving K-cups to get you started. An extra set of keys for additional guests would have been convenient, but we were able to utilize the keybox outside in event of our party splitting up for the day. Location is excellent;...

'I always felt safe with the locked entrances. Checkin was easy and quick. I stayed in two of the units. Beds were great, kitchen fairly well equipped. The biggest downside was the 'age'. They were old converted mills with exposed heat/air piping and it was SOOO annoying when they kicked on (which was frequently). Had to sit there with the remote and turn it up and down based on whether the unit was on or off. Unfortunately I moved into one of the monthly apartments now and it HVAC is even worse....

'Everything was absolutely fantastic! I was staying in the area for work and the location was an easy commute to and from. There were plenty of places to walk to in the area for food/drinks or just to explore although I didn’t have much free time to experience all the options. 'It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!'

'My father and I stayed while tracking at VIR with Chin Track Days. Our car trailers were able to fit in the driveway for the last night so that we could hit the road early without going back to the track. A short 14 minute drive to the track without going back on 58 made the morning and evening commute great. The property is a very relaxing spot that is wonderfully furnished and comfortable. We will be back in the fall!'

'First of all, Jeremy was a wonderful host! He was so accommodating from start to finish and very responsive through messenger. You rock, Jeremy! The property itself was spectacular. This was the most unique rental I have stayed in to date and one of the only rentals that I can confidently say I WILL return to without a doubt. It was comfortable, intriguing, silly, and memorable.
