'The home is nice, very spaciou, & met my family's needs. We had one little issue with a smoke alarm but the owner was very prompt in responding & the property manager, whom was very kind, fixed it that evening so my boys could sleep. While the master bedroom door wouldn't close, it wasn't an issue for me but could be for another family. The only other suggestion I have is to have a can opener available. This became an issue when cooking dinner. All-in-all it was a great home away from home....

'My family had a wonderful stay - house was so warm and cozy. Spotlessly clean. All the beds seemed new and very very comfortable. So many wonderful little details - everything from thoughtful food items to a wonderful letter about history of the house. Communication was excellent and check in / check out process easy peasy. We were in town for March madness basketball games and super easy to get to campus from house. We most definitely will return if we head to Kansas again.'

'This property was just like it was listed. It is easy to find and in a good location to campus, food and some shopping. It is easy to get to the other side of town as well. The apartment is well stocked with the necessities of home that you don’t want to bring with you (coffee and all that goes with it) paper products and the such. The beds are comfortable and we felt right at home relaxing and watching movies. We will definitely be back'
