'Rooms come with washing machine and detergent provided too. Breakfast had a good spray. Hotel located right above Chengdu Raffles City with no bothersome on choices of food. Outer of the hotel/mall are having mrt construction, hence walking to mrt station can be slightly tedious but is no big fuss for such short distance.'

'The staff was quick to help during check in and check out, but upon arrival, the rooms were very cold. Why? Because the windows and doors were left wide open for every room on each floor. It did not feel safe walking into my room when it was propped open by the luggage rack. How about if someone was in there? '

'房间很大，很干净，床很舒适，很隔音，床头和书桌附近的电源插座上都有usb接口，非常方便手机或iPad充电。早餐不错，种类丰富。唯一觉得不舒适的地方，是去行政酒廊工作和休息的时候，都遇到了一群人在那儿大声的讨论，声音到达了喧哗的程度。建议行政酒廊配备一两个有隔音挡板的小区域，如果需要讨论工作的人可以去那里，这样不会打扰别的在行政酒廊工作和休息的顾客。'

'51樓餐廳享用了2次晚餐，第一次食物及服務非常好，當時的男經理非常細心安排沒有果仁的麵包，隔一天第二次真的不行，最基本麵包都是焦燶的，服務及當天的女經理非常怠慢，49樓餐廳更加不行，任由她人隨意拍照走來走去，影響人客用餐。這真的須要改善。'

'Mooi ruim appartement met luxe badkamers. Ligging handig als je met de auto komt. Metro richting centrum naast het hotel. Aantal substantiële minpunten: -appartement was helemaal niet goed schoon! Hier en daar stoffig, broodkruimels overal op de bank....bad/wc waren wel schoon. -ontbijt is gewoon slecht, zowel westers als Chinese buffet. Veel vieze producten, slechte en koude koffie.... -parkeren is - in tegenstelling tot wat er op Expedia vermeld staat - niet gratis!! Eerste uur 8 Yuan, uren...

'Hotel is quite new, affordable, clean, safe and elegant. Front desk staffs work from dawn to dusk and are very friendly. The only issue with the hotel is a bit far from either south station subway station or Dongzilin station, about 15 minutes walk. There are limited shopping and restaurants in the near vicinity within 15 minutes walk. Other than that, this hotel would be perfect.'

'出張で使用。 朝食が少し高め且つ宿泊料にセットに出来ないのが少しマイナス。 ただ徒歩圏内に24時間営業のコンビニもありお酒やおつまみを買うのには便利です。 あとWiFiが上手く繋がらず使えなかったのと有線LANが無かったのが残念なポイント。 それ以外は清潔かつ建物も綺麗なのでおススメです！'

'The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet. '
