'My family and I had so much fun in Pagosa, the house was in a great location, about 35 minutes to ski, snow mobile etc. and 5 minutes to food and groceries! Definitely recommend for young families! We had a great time. Mrs. Bryan was in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved it here!'

'This is such a beautiful home, I wish I could live here! There are thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, you name it! 'We stayed just one night, soaked both on arrival and early next morning. Had a wonderful time, room was nice, check in was quick and super friendly. Also did a spa massage which was amazing and had breakfast in the cafe which was decent. Only complaint was check out was at 10am which is super early in comparison to many other resorts however I would definately stag again and look forward to the new additions.'

'It was the perfect house for our friends 70th birthday. 10 of us stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better property. It fit us perfectly with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and large dining table. 'The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had.'
