The hotel was clean and we loved the room, A/C was nice and cold!
However, the staff was horrible. We didn’t have problems checking in but witnessed the staff being extremely rude to other guests. When we were getting some snacks, one employee pick up a ticket and loudly said OH GREAT NO TIP.
Even though we like the hotel, it definitely turned us off to staying here again.

We had a very nice room. Breakfast was great. Staff was cordial.
Biggest concern was that they insisted on a $75 per day hold on a credit card for incidentals. While there was no mini-bar or other things in the room. That seemed terribly high.

Escogimos este hotel por su cercanía al centro de convenciones, resultó estar cerca de todo en el centro de Houston. El desayuno es bueno para empezar el día: frutas, huevo' salchichas, cereal, jugos ...etc , las habitaciones limpias y cama confortable. El único detalle es el aire acondicionado, hace mucho ruido.

Love the location for an Astros game. We grabbed a list of walkable places to eat when we checked it. That was awesome. Breakfast was great. Good variety of things to pick from.
