De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was. Dit wil je niet op je krijgen laat staan hoe ongezond het is als er geen werkende ventilatie aanwezig is. De locatie van het hotel is op een bedrijven terrein. Er is niets te doen in de omgeving. Wat wel goed was was het ontbijt. Dit was gewoon perfect en bij het zwembad was live muziek wat het gezellig maakte.

Very old property with no insulation from the highway. Cleaning people do a poor job at cleaning. Smells like mildew and mold.

The hotel is a little outdated. We had an issue with both of the rooms but I will say the front desk person was nice and offered a solution since our stay wasn’t the greatest. I think it’ll be better once they start the renovations. The rooms definitely need a facelift

This was a beautiful property, the coi fish pond was epic. My only complaint is that the rooms are dated; however, it's great to see that there is a reno planned for 2024. The lobby is stunning.

The tap water is undrinkable. They provide 2 bottles of water but that was not enough. No hot water on last day. The restaurant was very good. Close to Energy Corridor. Noise from road was all night long and loud,

Dated rooms and bathrooms/showers. Beautiful lobby with Koi pond (they give you fish food to interact with them), nice scent, and overall modern decor. The bar is excellent with large screens and accommodating hospitality by bar tenders.

It was amazing. The staff upon arrival were exceptional. Very easy check in and out process. The ambience of the hotel was amazing. Very clean, spacious, quiet and the architecture was amazing. Very beautiful scenery as well. It gave a very relaxing vibe which I needed for a quick few days of my busy routine. Will definitely stay again and recommend anyone interested in visiting Houston to stay there. Also easy to get around although downtown very close to a major highway.

When I got there they gave me a room that smell smoky then I tried to open the hot water and it took forever. I went downstairs to the reception area and complained about the room, they told me that they will get back to me immediately which they didn’t, it was 1:30 in the morning they called me to let me know that they have a room for at that time I was overtired and I told to do the next day. But not a nice hotel and a terrible and disorganized breakfast. They never reimbursed me like they said for the inconvenience

HV/AC unit was VERY loud, and the shower was all over the place, hot, cold, very cold, warm. No fridge in the room was a little disappointing. The rooms were dated (did notice the remodel is coming exciting) Staff was amazing and everything was very clean.

we arrived to check in, get to our room and it’s very warm - says 70 on the thermostat but felt much warmer, so we drop the temp to 64 and decide to head down to the bar in the hotel for dinner and drinks - after that we run to the gas station and come back. All in all we were probably gone for about an hour and a half, we walk back into the room and it’s STILL hot. So I politely call down and tell them, the send a tech up. He’s looking at it and stuff and then he opens the cover of where the ac is and out comes a bunch of smoke - there was almost a full blown electrical fire!!!!! So then we go down to the front desk to get a new room, they tell us they don’t have anything to upgrade us to (we’re in a junior suite) BUT they’ll get us into a nice room in the quiet side + free breakfast. We’re rolling with it at this point and super cordial, we get up to the new room and it’s a major down grade. Not a suite like we paid for but a standard room with 2 full size beds. Now we are frustrated, so we call down they say they only have one of the rooms we paid for left but it’s handicap accessible and we’re like we don’t care - we want what we paid for. We finally get into the room close to 11pm. Wasted an hour and a half packing up and walking around the hotel, it was ridiculous.
