The hotel was just run down. They are in the middle of renovating so hopefully it looks better soon. We stayed there because due to the recent storms we had no power. The room was filthy. Blankets on the beds had stains,asked for new ones and they did also. Cracked walls thru out the room. Our fridge didn’t work. Found food in it that stunk. The bathroom had hair all over,as if it wasn’t even cleaned. Mirror had prints all over so I know it wasn’t cleaned. I seen the maids in the hallway supposed to be cleaning rooms but they were just sitting on the beds talking and on their phones. I will not be staying here again. We left and went to a nicer hotel.

The entire floor became wet with sprinkles of water my sock absorbed the water as I took off my shoes when I called 911 and had to be rushed to the hospital. I was warned the building was under construction. The business room I needed was under construction I could not compete my assignments. The first and second set of white line had spots on them

The check in process was quite inefficient. The front desk did not know what rooms were unoccupied and cleaned. They had to send a runner to check realtime for each checkin. I saw this happen on multiple days. There was pooled water on the elevator (from the rain?) and dried white paint spots spattered widely around the entrance. The workout room was shut down. It looked like there was renovation work underway, but I never saw crews working. The room was clean but was never serviced. The bathroom showed significant cosmetic damage from water around the doom bottom. The included breakfast was sufficient.

Love the location it was so convenient for dinner options or even breakfast with IHOP right next to it. The only issue is the elevator looked kinda rough as if they were going through construction but the worse part was our room. The room was dirty with mask laying around and lighters, floors were even sticky, looked as if they weren’t not thoroughly cleaned. Literally had to request a different room which was much better however the walls you can tell hadn’t been fully painted or something was not complete

The property is under renovations so it’s slightly distracting. Even though the room had been remodeled, the floors were all scratched up and smelled like smoke. It served its purpose for a one night stay at the reasonable price I paid.

Staffs are great but no breakfast as advertised because the whole first floor is under construction. U just get a small muffin & small sunny delight for breakfast & that’s it. No lounge. I believe they should have informed us of the construction going on. I won’t recommend it for anyone right now until probably after the contract is completed.

Booked two nights, disappointed. Most of the hotel was being renovated. #1 No breakfast even though it stated hot breakfast included. #2 while my room was ‘renovated’ it was falling apart. #3 no hot water in the shower. And #4 the drain to the shower did not work correctly… all in all a very bad selection for a stay. Choose something else, anything else.

No staff availabile at counter to answer to customer at 6:30 am Staff not willing to help in providing towels since room was not cleaned Denied talking to manager. Later claimed that he is a manager and owner which lies. Room was not cleaned even remind at front desk before leave hotel premises. Hotel was on construction but did not mention on Expedia. Hotel room is very small and not convenient
