At this property there is a rooftop bar. There were lots of people trying to go up and 3 elevators were not working. Only one was. Front desk was not very sympathetic and failed to mention there was a service elevator on the far right. Some of us figured that out and we started using it. Front desk should have mentioned that instead of telling us we could use the steep stairs.

The room at Le Meridien was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. The location is very convenient to the theater and sporting events.

It was in general good but there are few things that are not said like no parking space, no swimming pool, no breakfast included and the restaurant was OK but not so many options. Not recommended with kids. Pillows are too soft that you need 3 or 4 to at least have a support or dont feel like melted in the matress.

Only 1 elevator was working out the 3 or 4 they have we had to wait over 10 mins at a time for it to come through our floor. We we're on the 19th floor. We found an empty red bull can in our room. Our white towels had yellow stains. The vallet gentlemen were nice and friendly. Bed was very comfy and cozy

Close to the ballpark. My only issues were some dirty clothing left on the floor of the closet and the safe had an issue that took engineering to open the safe. These were minor. I would stay again.

Loved the adult beverage at check in. I chose the tequila shot. I thought the king sized bed guest room was cozy and very clean. Great water pressure and the body wash smelled amazing. Yay for having Netflix! Great coffee from the coffee shop, LOVED the Rooftop Bar, and valet was quick and the service phenomenal.

The Staff here was amazing! All in all very sweet and caring. The bed was very comfortable but my room had a horrible view 😩 I did not have a microwave in it and I know the floors weren’t cleaned prior to or during my stay. I was charged $10 for internet and I was barely here to use it. I thought the connect now was the free option. The lighting was not the best for my preference.

For this kind of hotel, not able to provide microwave on the rooms, no intercontinental breakfast is really disappointing. But I will never stay at this hotel again nor refer anyone. I only stayed cos a friend convinced me to stay. I have stayed at other Marriots, Holiday inn, Hilton, Embassy suites, Springhill Suites etc in other parts of Tx & the country. They say it's a 5 star hotel but I did not see a thing that makes it so. Ordinary water could not be put in the refrigerator for guests. Just one bottle of water is too tacky. I tried to ask for honey go drink my tea at night a d sS told they do t have any and would have to wait till morning when the restaurant opens. I was really pissed & regreted agreeing to stay there.

Good Trip
Our stay was good overall we stayed Friday and Saturday night. Only problems I had were, only 1 complimentary bottle of water, and the A/C in our room would not keep the fan on. So the street Noise was insanely loud at 2am Saturday. Overall great trip next time Ill bring my own fan.

The staff are very professional and very welcoming. The service provided at check in is top notch. It's a bit tricky to not find the reception on the first floor but it is not a deal breaker. My only complaint is the strong air freshener smell at the second floor lobby. It is too strong and gives me a headache. It cannot be good for the employees or the guests health if they consume it all day

Weekend getaway.
Great location, felt very safe, "off site parking" is literally a parking garage attached to the hotel so it is really convenient. Check in is on the 2nd floor which was a little odd, but everyone was really friendly and professional. Z on 23 is a great spot for a drink and an incredible view. Would definitely stay here again.
