'Loved this historical factor and the details of the room. Very comfortable beside having to deal with the temperature it was fairly warm throughout the night and we were unable to to get the system to cool off the room. Everything else was super. We would definitely stay there again!!'

'The condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well-stocked with bright bowls/mugs/etc. Only negatives are in transparency of ad - the pictures show a loft, but the loft is not allowed. I didn't want or need the loft, but still, don't show it as a cool thing if not available. Second, the pictures show an awesome looking deep tub with jets. One of the reasons I picked the place. But...apparently the hot water heater doesn't have capacity to fill tub. Again, not a deal breaker, but don't show...

'We were in town for a wedding and the location of this property could not have been better! We were able to walk to every event! During our downtime, we has easy access to Salidas main street and the river. Having the private parking space was a huge plus too with all of the crowds downtown. Kaylee was a great host and was able to quickly answer any questions we had! We will be staying here again (hopefully sooner than later!)'

'We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean condo! We loved relaxing on the back deck overlooking the Arkansas River. Beautiful view! The condo was close to several hikes and an easy walk into downtown Salida to shop and eat at restaurants!'

'The location is perfect, a short walk to the river and all the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. Convenient parking below the unit, too. The unit itself is lovely with mountain views from every window and lots of natural light. It has a very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is well stocked with a lot of thoughtful touches such as flashlights in the bedside tables, umbrellas if it rains, a Bluetooth speaker, too many things to list. 'Came to Salida for a weekend if boating, biking and wedding! Super fun time. The property we stayed at was perfect. Fantastic location for the entire weekend. Walked to wedding, ride from our car outside, walked across the street to breakfast. Wonderful experience'

'Jackie's place is a first floor "loft" that has a ton going for it like reserved parking, an ideal downtown Salida location, a bunch of space to have people over for dinner or relax after trekking, and a rooftop patio to grill dinner. We enjoyed our time in her unique space.'

'This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Monarch. The unit had all we needed, was cozy and comfortable, and located within just a few minutes walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The communications were very clear and helpful. Just the right amount too! We will stay here again when we visit Salida.'

'This house was perfect for a long weekend in Salida with young kids - good floor plan and basic but clean and updated furnishings and finishes. Kitchen is easy for meal prep. Super close to downtown shops, restaurants and the playground. Easy access to trails on S Mountain. Property manager super responsive - no issues while we stayed though - they just checked in a few times to make sure we were okay.'

'Location of the Palace Hotel is ideal and perfect. There are not really any windows in this room besides in the bathroom which is not a place you really want floor to ceiling windows. Also, there was quite a bit of squeaking from the floor above us, which made it difficult to sleep in. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, but a 1 day night stay was ideal.'
