We waren 28 dagen in het hotel. We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk, kamers erg schoon en bv het wisselen van handdoeken gaat prima, het ontbijt erg goed en het zwembad goed gemanaged. Er was een oefening voor brand en een oefening voor een drenkeling in het zwembad die zeer goed werden uitgevoerd. Ook wordt het personeel regelmatig op gezondheid gecontroleerd hetgeen zeer geruststellend is.

Mooie kamer prachtig uitzicht op ons balkon. Heerlijk Mooi zwembad veel goede ligstoelen met parasols. Ontbijt heel goed maar als belgen missen we wel harde pistoleetjes. Als je geen HILTON HONNERS bent moet ge wifi betalen . Wel erg als ge toch zoveel geld betaald dat ge extra moet betalen …de kleinste hotelletjes die amper 30€ kosten is de wifi gratis

It's a Hilton so you know what to expect. I had 2 issues. 1. The internet was terrible, especially for a Hilton 2. They have a very restrictive beach towel policy. You can not take the towels to the beach. This was a problem for us. We are not pool people. We are beach people. When leaving on a tour you can not take the towels. We had to speak to a manager to get permission to take the towels with us. They need to fix this. It's annoying and ruins an otherwise great hotel. 3. They have a sign when entering the beach that says no drones are allowed in Thailand. That is inaccurate. The facilities are great and the people are great but these 3 things daily made the experience less enjoyable.

We totally understand your frustration dealing with a dropping line from time to time and we will do our utmost best to sort out this issue as soon as possible. With regards to the pool towels, as in the past a number of guests used to take the towels to the beach, and we started having issues with bugs in the rooms. The reason for that, is that during certain times of the year part of the beach have sand flies, and by using the towels the guests were bringing these flies in the room and their bed linen, creating a number of issues to both the guests and the hotel. As such we had to take drastic actions in order to eliminate this growing challenge. We so sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused you.Apart from that, regarding to the drones. Please allow us to clarify with you that, concerning to guest's privacy and according to the Thai government law, the drone flying can be allowed only for registered drone flyers and the permission need to be granted by the officers in advance, our apologies that if this has not been explained to you clearly. However, we will definitely look into this and thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. Mr. Christopher, we value your feedback and appreciate your constructive comments and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your visit. Bel hôtel pour un séjour entre ville et mer
Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel situé entre mer et ville. Tout est à proximité. Petit bémol, les toilettes de la piscine méritent d'être refaites, car peu engageantes. Malgré les passages de la femme de ménages pour nettoyer, des fuites d'eau permanentes les rendent déplaisantes à utiliser car le sol est constamment trempé.
