'The hotel rooms were clean and hotel staff polite and efficient. However, the check in process was terrible. The credit card used by the VRBO company to secure the room was rejected so we had to pay for the room twice. It was refunded eventually, but was a huge inconvenience. We did not receive connecting rooms like we had booked, which is the whole reason we booked this particular VRBO in the first place. It was a disappointing experience. 'We booked two connecting rooms through the host/agent. When we checked in, our rooms did not connect and one of the rooms was already occupied. We had to end up having the hotel cancel the reservation and I was able to book a larger room that could accommodate our party. I notified the booking agent/host and only received one reply about our issue and that they were checking on it and still have not heard back. I was able to get the refund for the rooms only.
